I drove home and it begin to shake and pull to the left. My car was vibrating. Remind you the car wasn't shaking when I brought it in. I called them back and was told to bring the car back in. When I got there they said I had to contact geico again getting approval that they could fix my car. Put me in a rental for a week. I got a call that they were not able to fix my vehicle due to the shaking not being accident related. Maybe not accident related, but why was it shaking after they supposedly fixed it and did an alignment. I asked Brian to email me a quote he told me he would send it to me within 30 mins. I never received the quote. I called them the next day and they told me it was going to be $900. When I went to pick up my car I asked for the quote. Brian didn't even have it typed up yet. Liar. He then went into his office and was on the phone. It took him 25 mins to get me the quote. Where he told me it would be $1200. When I read it it said $1700 total. Liar. Brian is a LIAR. I was told I needed new tires. We got to looking my tires were switched. Those weren't the tires I had before left the care with them. They are fake. They are liars. Please please don't use them. If geico claims tells you that you need to use them please try and get geico that you need repairs at a different place. This has been such a bad bad bad experience. Brian you are awful.

The staff were very accommodating and called me daily to provide updates and ETAs on the repair. When i picked up my car, the repair was perfect and you couldnt tell it was involved in an accident. I made an appointment to take the car in, they took it right away & said it would be done in about a week; repaint both doors. I asked if the shop could do some minor touch ups to the scratches as well, and my guy marked them & said no problem. In the touch ups the shop made a bigger chip in the paint resulting in the hood being taken off & repainted. They did it, explained the situation & it was no problem except the extra week in the shop. All good, very communicative & kind. The front desk team could have been more friendly, but otherwise a good experience. Located beside Gwinnett Place Honda, you can see the building clearly marked Colission Center as you pull in from the road. They have Enterprise Rental inside the building as well- nice folks there too. I hope you never have to visit them, but if you do... be patient & they will take care of everything!

Business built on deception and lies…read more I came in asking for a quote to fix damages. He quoted me for $1700 to fix the damages without replacing anything. I consult with family on whether to have the dealership fix and replace the damages to 100% or let JNT do it since everything will be covered by insurance. I decided to call Mitchell and inform him that I would be choosing to let the dealership handle the repairs. Mitchell assured me that he can do exactly what the dealership does, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I'd rather help small businesses. This was during the pandemic when small businesses were hurting as well. Knowing what I know now, I would have opted to not choose his services because they are a SCAM. The complete date was set for a Tuesday two weeks out, the car was not finished until Thursday of that same week (two days after the original complete date), which is no big deal. I showed up to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that it was kind of dirty, even after I waited for his team to wash, so I went to the car wash right after. I noticed the car was still dirty even after the car wash. Upon further inspection, I realize that the entire car is covered in overspray. I'm confused about what he was painting since he told me he was going to replace the damaged part just as the dealership would have. I also noticed that one of the rims that was on the quote to be refinished was also not done. I return to him and explain what I've found. He took off the wheel and sent it to be refinished. Even though he had the truck for two weeks. I begin to notice the contours on the "fixed" side didn't match the contours on the undamaged side- which sparked more interest in what was going on. I asked him about it. His explanation was that the part came from the factory unpainted, so he had to paint it himself. I gave Michael multiple opportunities to come forth and be transparent with me just as I was transparent with him. I have audio recording of him admitting that he lied to me, he even offered to redo all of the work. Except, how do you trust someone after they've lied to you? Also, while my car was at his shop, my passenger front door showed signs of someone trying to pry themselves in (top of the door was bent outward). I dropped off my vehicle for him to remove the overspray. The buff job done to my vehicle to remove overspray is extremely subpar. There was so much damage to my top coat, I could see the swirl marks of where he went over with the buffer (entire truck). Also, the top of my vehicle still has overspray. After the poorly done overspray removal, I noticed that the part he "replaced" was a different shade of black compared to the rest of the vehicle was. If he would have charged me for the original quote of $1700 for the work he did, I would not be upset, but he charged me for the whole insurance check of $2800. He offered to give me $50 (which he never did), but $50 for what? I am extremely upset with this business and it's almost been over a year since I've dealt with this business and I am still livid at the way they operate. I have pictures to support my claims, as well as audio recording of our in person conversation of me confronting him about the repairs and his admittance to lying to me. Please refrain from giving these people your business. I've read the other reviews on here as well as Google and the good reviews are from all women. Not to come off as misogynistic, but we all know how predatory places like these can be towards women. Tried to help this man and his business from the good of my heart and ended up getting burnt. I will never return again, hopefully my review will save someone time, money, and mental stress.

JNT is by far one of the best businesses I have gone to for anything car related not just for body repair. The guy is simply a magician. You can no longer tell that my car was involved in any collision and he did it at half the price and five times the speed as anywhere else I looked at. Not only that but he was the only person that was willing to give me estimates over the phone by sending him pictures rather than have to take my car in. He was willing to fix things that most places would have just replaced and that saves a lot of money. This is a family run business and they're willing to work with you and they don't have the overhead of some of those larger companies that have a large office staff. I don't need that and I don't need to pay for those things. The owner is incredibly skilled learned it as a family trade. He understands what you're going through when you get in a wreck and that you don't want to deal with all the hassle, he just fixes it. And he does it fast. I droped the car off first thing in the morning and it was done by 3 o'clock. I don't think the other guys could've even got parts in that amount of time. This guy knows his stuff, has amazing skills, and offers very fair pricing.
