Matt and team took the time to properly diagnose my vehicle and worked through the logical steps before recommending major repairs. They even found one issue that was simply a disconnected component, and fixed it on the spot without taking advantage of the situation. Many shops could have easily turned that into an unnecessary expensive "repair". The team was transparent, fair, and never made me feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. They "look" at it again and find new issues, after another 400 I pick it up, guess what it is still having the same issue. I will never go back here. They could have at least waived the labor since they didn't fix it the first time. They are ignorant about cars and they will rip you off over and over if you let them.
