Business built on deception and lies. I came in asking for a quote to fix damages. He quoted me for $1700 to fix the damages without replacing anything. I consult with family on whether to have the dealership fix and replace the damages to 100% or let JNT do it since everything will be covered by insurance. I decided to call Mitchell and inform him that I would be choosing to let the dealership handle the repairs. Mitchell assured me that he can do exactly what the dealership does, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I'd rather help small businesses. This was during the pandemic when small businesses were hurting as well. Knowing what I know now, I would have opted to not choose his services because they are a SCAM. The complete date was set for a Tuesday two weeks out, the car was not finished until Thursday of that same week (two days after the original complete date), which is no big deal. I showed up to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that it was kind of dirty, even after I waited for his team to wash, so I went to the car wash right after. I noticed the car was still dirty even after the car wash. Upon further inspection, I realize that the entire car is covered in overspray. I'm confused about what he was painting since he told me he was going to replace the damaged part just as the dealership would have. I also noticed that one of the rims that was on the quote to be refinished was also not done. I return to him and explain what I've found. He took off the wheel and sent it to be refinished. Even though he had the truck for two weeks. I begin to notice the contours on the "fixed" side didn't match the contours on the undamaged side- which sparked more interest in what was going on. I asked him about it. His explanation was that the part came from the factory unpainted, so he had to paint it himself. I gave Michael multiple opportunities to come forth and be transparent with me just as I was transparent with him. I have audio recording of him admitting that he lied to me, he even offered to redo all of the work. Except, how do you trust someone after they've lied to you? Also, while my car was at his shop, my passenger front door showed signs of someone trying to pry themselves in (top of the door was bent outward). I dropped off my vehicle for him to remove the overspray. The buff job done to my vehicle to remove overspray is extremely subpar. There was so much damage to my top coat, I could see the swirl marks of where he went over with the buffer (entire truck). Also, the top of my vehicle still has overspray. After the poorly done overspray removal, I noticed that the part he "replaced" was a different shade of black compared to the rest of the vehicle was. If he would have charged me for the original quote of $1700 for the work he did, I would not be upset, but he charged me for the whole insurance check of $2800. He offered to give me $50 (which he never did), but $50 for what? I am extremely upset with this business and it's almost been over a year since I've dealt with this business and I am still livid at the way they operate. I have pictures to support my claims, as well as audio recording of our in person conversation of me confronting him about the repairs and his admittance to lying to me. Please refrain from giving these people your business. I've read the other reviews on here as well as Google and the good reviews are from all women. Not to come off as misogynistic, but we all know how predatory places like these can be towards women. Tried to help this man and his business from the good of my heart and ended up getting burnt. I will never return again, hopefully my review will save someone time, money, and mental stress. read more

I was in an auto accident and my front end was crushed. I checked for five collision places near the area and got estimates. JNT is by far one of the best businesses I have gone to for anything car related not just for body repair. The guy is simply a magician. You can no longer tell that my car was involved in any collision and he did it at half the price and five times the speed as anywhere else I looked at. Not only that but he was the only person that was willing to give me estimates over the phone by sending him pictures rather than have to take my car in. He was willing to fix things that most places would have just replaced and that saves a lot of money. This is a family run business and they're willing to work with you and they don't have the overhead of some of those larger companies that have a large office staff. I don't need that and I don't need to pay for those things. The owner is incredibly skilled learned it as a family trade. He understands what you're going through when you get in a wreck and that you don't want to deal with all the hassle, he just fixes it. And he does it fast. I droped the car off first thing in the morning and it was done by 3 o'clock. I don't think the other guys could've even got parts in that amount of time. These guys are con artists. The absolute worst work I've ever seen. I could have done better. took over $6300 from our insurance to repair the car, insisting on not totaling the car, raked in more supplementary checks, charged us for brand new parts while installing junkyard parts and then also missing mounting hardware and OEM factory replacement parts. The owner Mitchell acted like a psychopath when I called him out on his bullshit work and threw back in my face that he helped us with the deductible so I guess that's justification for fraud and a shit job. My beautiful Lexus was hit with bb gun/pellet gun bullets. There were three areas that were damaged, but the worst one of all was a large, deep puncture on the door behind the driver. I freaked TF out - how long do I have until it starts to rust? I don't have comprehensive insurance that'll cover damage to the vehicle. I called several places for estimates, and Mitchell was the first to respond. He provided me a quote just by viewing pictures I sent him. It was so reasonable that I took my car in the same day. I dropped off my car around 11:45am, and he even dropped me off at a nearby Starbucks. At 2:45pm, he tells me that he'll pick me back up in 45 minutes. Wow, my doors look brand new. He told me to keep it out of the sun, to prevent haze on the clear coat(?), which is exactly what I did. I have to go back in about 5 days to have him buff(?) it out. In addition to the damage done by the bb gun bullets, he volunteered to fix the various paint damage on other parts of my car, like the side-view mirrors. Going to Mitchell, is like going to an Uncle in your family that knows about auto body repair. This is a family-run business, passed down from generation to generation. Avoid this place at all cost. My daughter (19) took her car there for a minor repair and paint. They failed to paint the car correctly and it developed what is known as "orange peel" in the industry. They offered to fix it properly only to fail again. When I called them out on the botched paint the owner proceeded to get irate and actually scratched the freshly applied paint with his finger. The guy posed like he wanted to actually fight me. Asking me do I really want to do this! He proceeded to use profanity and grabbed his little privates and told my daughter to suck his d$&k. This is the most unprofessional and disgusting shop I've ever been to. Any positive review that they have, must either come from them or was bought. Steer clear of this place If you want to avoid a headache. If you do go, ask yourself would you eat at a restaurant that has roaches and filth. Then equate that to how his business looks. Hi All So this is my 1st review on yelp and I am really happy to write a review for that company where I got 100% satisfaction. Few days back my friend took my car and gave it back to me with a dent at back panel which always hurt me and make me feel bad whenever I see my car. So I contacted the team(Michelle) to fix this bad dent and he gave me the estimated quote on phone by seeing the pictures . As I was okay with the price so thought to drop my car at his place and he fixed the dent perfectly with same paint color in reasonable price. Also the best part is he fixed other small scratches as well without asking anything to make my car looks better. I saw an advertisement online saying that car body paint jobs are $2300. I asked for a good paint job with a 5 year warranty, and I brought the truck and all the paperwork needed. Today they called me to pick up the but the paint job was unsatisfactory. The roof of my truck has visible contaminants/debris in the paint, and orange peel as well. I informed them I was not satisfied with the paint job on my vehicle, and they refused to repaint my vehicle. They said they would "fix" the paint job they had done, but the same issues are still present and were not fixed. Do not recommend using this company. read more
