I recently took my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for HID's/LED's.The man behind the desk told me to definintly go with LED's as they will cost you far less then HID's. I wasn't on board right away but he shot out prices faster then my mind could process all the information on price, style, dependability.etc. I was in a brain fog after he was done selling me the island in the Caribbean. I have had HID's on most of my vehicle's on a bulb or ballast would go out here and there but the cost wasn't real high. These were fairly good HID's I had used before and installed myself for under $350 to $400 dollars. We talked about the LED's and he told me these were the ones they put on Mercedes Benz and BMW's, etc. I am by far not a rich man and it all started to sound like it was getting expensive, so I asked him for an estimate on everything installed. He advised me it would take about 1 hour which was not problem,I would wait for it.Now in that line of business your estimate has to be kinda right on when your spending that kind of money, and they add for extra wire.etc. Well let me start off by saying the estimate was for over $600.00 for high/low and fog lights. All plug and play he stressed which made it all the more better. After my head stopped spinning , I said my sons Jeep was here not to long ago and got HID's and they were nowhere near that. Then I started getting the industry has gone in the LED's more then any others and this was the best choice. Reluctantly I let him sell me on them and paid over $600.00 for them. Well the day had come for the install and after telling them NOT to call the number they had, I provided a new number and yet they called the old number to let me know they were in. Not happy about that number, so the day of install I was there bright and early and the Jeep started getting worked on. After the "3rd hour" they said he'd been done in 5 minutes he's setting them to the correct height. They come about about 20 minutes later and tell me that the lights are flickering a tiny bit and they were trying to fix them even after installing the anti-flicker component. It was getting a bit ridiculous at this point. After telling me about how they were the top of the line and got installed in this and that car they couldn't figure out the easy plug and play system they sold me on. After trying different things I believe that a component that went to the HID kit fixed the problem. Hallelujah!! After 4 and 1/2 hours with the easy plug and play system I paid the balance and was about to go on my way when the guy at the desk says to me, "try them out for a week or so on if there is any problem bring it back and we'll fix it, Oh also when you bring it in after a week he thought that the component that ultimately fixed the problem was about $30 bucks or so". Holy crap are you kidding me, the balls of this guy even to dare bring up more money I would owe him was Ludicrous and down right disgusting and rude. After you told me an hour for the install, instead took 4 1/2 hours and charged me over $600 dollars which I find is a bit crazy your going to come out with I owe you more because the fantastic plug and play system that you put in all the time didn't work and you had to add a piece, you want to charge me for it. WW!! To say it was a bad experience is an understatement. This place is all about the money and how much they can charge. I just got my windows tinted and was bsing with the guy on the great deal I got from the guy I used for 12 years on every car or truck I have owned he started telling me it was cheap tint and his guy sometimes charges $1000 dollars a window. I ended the conversation real quick. It was a revolving door of people coming in for estimates and leaving. Not a good sign when that happens. I'd like to echo the experiences of others here and strongly recommend NOT using this service. My…read moreexperience was an absolute comedy of errors and incompetence. I reached out and listed what I needed done: install a new head unit, preserve existing functions like steering wheel controls, and replace the existing backup camera. The quote I received was a bit on the high side (on par with full-service professional shops), but he was available immediately, so we proceeded. Between the booking and the install date, he changed the appointment time three times, but did eventually arrive. Even though he knew the task, he did not have all the tools or supplies for the job and asked me if I had some he could use. He struggled with the head unit but eventually got it working; however, he refused to install the camera, insisting on a particular brand. We agreed that he would return when that arrived to complete the work. Then things got wild. He had three different aliases and wasn't sure which one he wanted to use (Tez, Demetrius Cooper, Shantoni Tilghman, etc). He gave me the wrong Zelle number for payment, resulting in the funds being irretrievably sent to some other person. At this point, I told him I would not be paying again using any payment apps; check or cash only. He finally returned to complete the installation (for which I would effectively be paying twice), claiming he was "doing me a solid" by doing so. On this trip, he could not figure out how to get the steering wheel controls or the new camera working. At this point, he became visibly frustrated and claimed those weren't included in the original quote, stating they would double the installation price and that he would not use the manufacturer's recommended parts, only some third party parts (apparently the only ones he knows how to install). As icing on the cake, he "forgot" what I told him about payment and wanted me to use yet another payment app. I flatly refused after our last merry-go-round. It was then that I discovered my bank still had a hold on transfers after I had to file a claim against the original payment mistake he created. While I was still trying to untangle the banking issue he caused late into the night, he texted me to say I had made him feel like all of this was his fault and to "keep that money," claiming he was an "honest guy." He got over this morality passed pretty quickly, and contacted me a few hours later to ask where his money was. I am not sure if this is the prelude to a scam or if he legitimately had a memory lapse. Seriously, learn from my mistake and avoid this person/company at all costs. He is not only technically incompetent, but there is some exceptionally shady stuff going on here. Demetrius actually responds to shift the blame on me, but cannot deny anything I have said, because I have screenshots of everything from him and the bank. The ironic thing, is that he had manned up, admitted his limitation and honored his quote (or reduced it since he could not do the complete job), I probably would have REPAIDED him out of pity. I do not recommend Tez and his company. He is incompetent and is passing himself off as a qualified…read moreprofessional car audio installer. I found his services to be expensive yet done incorrectly. I ended up having to pay a real professional car installation company to correct his work that next week because my radio was pretty much useless after he worked on it. He's unskilled and came unprepared. I had to loan him my own drills so he could to do the job. I even had to give him a step by step YouTube video to install the subwoofer. After he installed the 3 speakers they sounded distorted and blown. He told me NOT to turn up the volume for 3 days. Otherwise the "subwoofer may be damaged forever." So i never got to listen to the system with any real volume while he was still here. I bought everything from Crutchfield that he needed to install everything right but he told me two items were unnecessary and so he didn't install them....(an LOC and custom speaker brackets). He even admitted he didn't know what an LOC was or where it went. So I called a crutchfield technician while he was still here to educate the both of us. He spoke to the tech who told him it was needed. He then said Crutchfield was unnecessarily up-selling me things that i didn't need. My new installer i took the car to had to reinstall the amp he installed because it was installed so poorly, they put the brackets around the speakers he neglected to use and installed the LOC. They said not installing these things was the reason for the blown speaker sound. The car sounds amazing...now. The new installer charged me $400 to correct Tez's shoddy work. I texted Tez about the bad job he did and asked him to reimburse me $140 of that because i felt it was only appropriate. I got back a thumbs up emoji. He said he'd call but never did. So installing an amp, a subwoofer and set of speakers costs me $830 in total for Tez's job and then to correct his work. I can't even say you get what you pay for because the initial price he quoted me increased by 20% once he arrived. I told him I had no problem paying him that because i believe in paying people what their worth so i did. I do not believe his services are of any quality or value. Your car is a big investment so take it to a professional instead.

Their insurance company was not easy to deal with. New Generation took over and handled everything from there. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They looked at the truck and pointed out items that were damaged that we didn't even notice. They made sure everything was repaired and replaced properly, covered by the other person's insurance, and they even were able to get it back to us earlier than expected! While I hope we're not involved in any other automobile accidents, this is who I would return to if we needed repairs.
