Fast forward a couple years later he told me he went into a partnership for a tint shop and that's how we ended up to today. Enter Messer Window Tinting. Professionally laid out shop with a vibrant waiting room with TV's and an introduction to their tint service as well as paint protection film and many other services. I was quickly greeted by Elijah again. Took me a minute to recognize him since it been so long. He quickly took the car to the back and started working on it. 40 minutes later he pulled my car out. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I had to come back four different times…read morejust to get my window tint done correctly. The first time, I showed up for my appointment only to find out the tint technicians weren't even there. No one bothered to call or let me know beforehand, so I wasted my time driving there. The second time, the tint was installed with large gaps along the sides of the windows. It was obvious the job wasn't done properly. The third time, they corrected the gaps but installed the wrong tint percentage altogether. The fourth time, I had to go back yet again so they could finally install the correct tint percentage. To make matters worse, even with a scheduled appointment, they kept my car for more than four hours each visit. Appointments didn't seem to make any difference, and it was incredibly inconvenient to be without my vehicle for that long every single time. While they eventually fixed the issues, it should never take four visits to complete a window tint job correctly. Between the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated mistakes, and excessive wait times, the entire experience was frustrating and a huge waste of my time. I gave them multiple chances to make it right, but I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop.

They came to our house and did a waterless wash in our garage then applied the ceramic coat. The coating came out gorgeous and our black Tesla looks amazing. We were also walked through how to take care of the car and the 5 year warranty. I plan to have them back for my 2500 Black Silverado due to how it came out and how friendly the owner is. Very knowledgeable and genuinely cared how the car looked, even pointed out imperfections from the dealership!
