I contacted the office since it was a work vehicle and I could see it was for this company. 1st I was questioned by the manager if my story was even true because "they only have one work van and it's sitting in their parking lot currently." When the incident had happened about 15 minutes before and was right next to their office so the van had time to get back to their parking lot after hitting and running after hitting my vehicle. Took 3 weeks for them to finally file an insurance claim, just for the insurance to deny the claim because there was a red scratch on my car but "their vans were blue". Gosh forbid you have any other dents or scratches on your car before being bit by another car. I went into detail about what scratches and damage was 100% from their driver hitting me. It didn't matter because of a red scratch on my car that "couldn't have been from their van." No one had ever said the red mark was from their vehicle. I pointed out several other places of damage to my vehicle that weren't a red scratch that was done by their van. Unfortunately, My husband is deployed and I'm navigating a lot so I didn't have the time to go back and forth with their insurance so now I have damage to my car done by a driver of this company, that the company is aware of but they rather refuse to do the right thing. At the end of the day, accidents happen, but what matters is making those things right. I wasn't after a check or money, I was after what is right, which is owning up to the wrong your employees did and making that right, but this company doesn't care. They don't care to do the right thing or repair damage they cost to someone else's vehicle. The manager told me "we will make this right. We've been in business for a really long time and it hasn't been from hitting people and driving off and not doing the right thing." Unfortunately the manager is a liar. The entire company is dishonest, unethical, and because of this I would not recommend this company to anyone. Sometime's it's not just about the business and services you provide, but it's about your work ethic, accountability and integrity. This company has none.

He very skillfully and carefully replaced a windshield and recalibrated lane departure on one car plus repaired multiple rock chips on another car. For our windshield replacement, Vadim coached us to buy the aftermarket glass to save money and we're glad we did. It's been months later and his windshield replacement as well as his rock chip repair have proven to be perfect. For the windshield, we've not seen any defects in the glass, not seen any leaks, and not heard any additional wind noise from the new windshield. For the rock chips, we have not seen any spread from these and his repair work has held up well. Thank you Vadim!

Ordered the wrong windshield 2. Received a scratched windshield - had to visit to be told instead of a phone call 3. Arrived for appointment only to be told they don't have the parts to do the job - again, another waste of our time for 4 scheduled appointments. 5. Finally get the job completed successfully - they tried to bill us another $500+ for calibration that was supposed to be part of the repair. Claimed (lied) that they had checked with the 3rd party and we owed out of pocket. Spoke to the 3rd party who determined they had never called because if they did, they would have discovered the work order was never supposed to be sent to them and would have directed the business elsewhere. All this nonsense occurred with claims of 'not my problem', 'not our responsibility'. The 3rd party resolved the situation, but the folks running this location have no idea what 'customer service' is as a "service company, not a manufacturing company" per one of their installation techs. Go somewhere else. IMO there is a reason their location numbers are not published.
