Titan Auto came highly recommended by a family member. My car sustained a lot of hail damage during the spring hail storm that hit Aurora and was dropped off towards the end of May 2023. I was given a loaner (that needed an oil change, new wipers and the tire pressure was off but, I was just happy to have a loaner). I was told that I would have my car back in 7-10 business days. After many ignored texts and calls, my husband made a surprise visit in July and was told by the owner, Alex, that my car would be ready in a week and that it would be fully detailed due to the inconveniences we were experiencing. Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard from Alex so my husband made another surprise visit. He was told that he could take my car home in a couple of days however there were still some parts that still needed to be replaced and that a tech would be sent to our house to make the final repairs once the parts came in. When my husband brought my car home (which was not detailed as promised), one rail that had been replaced became loose and the windshield sprayer did not work (although it worked fine before). My husband took my car back and they fixed the sprayer. Alex told him the remaining parts had been ordered from a new Ford contact and that the loose part would be fixed when the tech came out to fix the remaining parts. It is now September 12, 2023...my car is still not fixed. Five months and counting, for a Ford Explorer where I can buy factory parts at any dealership. Alex is still not returning texts and I've given up calling because the voicemail box was full. My insurance has paid this company for services billed, but not yet rendered. BEWARE! Alex and his team mutilated my Gwagon! I would not trust the workmanship of Titain Auto Body. I will first state that the paint is not the right color and dose not match the rest of the vehicle as well as having lines and heavy pools of paint. My 2013 Mercedes G Wagon 550 is a tan white color and the paint Alex used is a bright white. I hit a deer in November of 2020 and needed the hood, front bumper and right fender repaired. I took my vehicle to Titan Auto body with their 5star rating. Alex was already working on my truck as I was having the front bumper painted due to rust and was adding new headlights and a light bar to the top. For the Gwagon Alex ordered a more square bumper, hood and fender to make the vehicle look more like the newer Gwagons and said he guarantees his work. The bumper fender and hood that were ordered from gwagonparts are OEM certified. In repairing the vehicle Alex badly damaged my car and had made it worse than after hitting the deer. I spoke with Alex and he said he would cover the damages but no such action has taken place as I would be taking it somewhere else. I would not return my vehicle to Alex after seeing glue used to hold parts together and wires hanging. Since, I have been dealing with Titan Autobody in the last 3 years, I have seen mangers change 3 or 4 times, the people running the front desk to the workers in the back. Titan Autobody used household hardware like HomeDepot fasteners to wire up my truck lights and assemble the fenders and bumper on the Gwagon. The new bumper that Alex purchased with my money was damaged due to the fact of them sawing off the brackets from my old bumper and welding it to the new bumper to attach to the vehicle. Titan Autobody did not use the OEM hardware that came with the new bumper. I was not told this and had found this out by taking it to other shops for an estimate of repairs. I hit a deer in November of 2020. I picked up my vehicle in February of 2022, from Titan Autobody and was in shock at its condition. I took the car the same day I picked it up from Titan to SimplyEuro Automotive in Castle Pines and they too were in shock. I had tried to get my vehicle a few times within the year from Titan. It is now October of 2022, almost 2 years with a car that is not safe to drive. The hood doesn't close, there are washers on one side of the frame as Titan Autobody tried to rig it up. The prop rod for the hood was missing. The distronic safety system was left inoperable as it was rigged up behind the grill with some sort of glue, the flood lights were not connected and in place and cut wires were hanging from the wheel well. Finally, the fitting of the bumper and fenders were not aligned right and were held in place with glue. When Alex had my truck which was around the same time he had my Gwagon, I had him paint the front bumper due to it rusting and install new headlights and a light bar on top, which no longer works. The bumper was not put back on right and the wire harnesses to the lights were cut up and only had one mode of high beam, in addition the light bar was not flush to the body of the truck. I had paid another company to fix these damages and it was too late for Titain Autobody already had possession of my Gwagon, which I should have just had it towed from the shop when trying to pick it up numerous times. Furthermore, the Gwagon has hail damage that Titan autobody failed to repair as there are poc marks in the rear driver passenger door and rear of vehicle. read more

Had to tow it for body repairs after an accident and they proceeded to give me a 4 month timeline that turned into a 10 month timeline full of lies and false information. I don't usually leave reviews, but I want to give a shout out to Titan Auto Body. Had a collision with a deer in the mountains that the insurance company quoted for around $4000 repair, but ended up being almost $8000 before taxes after the mechanics took a closer look. There were a number of delays throughout the process, most of them Titan had no control over, but Alex and Kendra were communicative both with me and with the insurance company throughout. They were ultimately kind enough to pay the overage on my rental vehicle and give me a full detailing. Very thorough job. Alex drove the car back to me and it looks brand new, definitely better than it looked before the crash. I took my very expensive sports coupe to Titan after someone in a truck rear ended me. I have a matte paint job which I was told was almost non-fixable. I very much expected the car I had purchased 6-8 weeks prior to be totaled. In the middle of all the parts shortages and staff obstacles that everyone is dealing with; I was given a very accurate quote on when I would have my car back, I received two weeks after that. However that was only because they called me and said they had it back together but something wasn't lining up right to their standards and they wanted to do it right so they actually had the parts and work completed on time. I never called and had to leave a message and wait for a call back. I think they really did the absolute best they could've. I love my car and it meant a great deal to me. The matte paint looks perfect, things line very well and the car drives like it wasn't even hit. Definitely recommend this place if your picky about your car and want someone who will just be open and honest with about what's going on. read more

I bought my first brand new car for my 45th birthday, and have been the type of person who parks as far away from all other cars as possible to avoid door dings. I babied that car and just loved it. Then, I watched a recent hail storm turn my baby into a massive dinged up, windshield broken, ugly vehicle. It was so sad! When I looked at the places my insurance company contracts with, one had just horrible reviews and the other one could not get me in until November! And I was calling in May! I called a few places, but would have to bring the car in before they would even schedule the appointment, then wait to get it fixed for months. My friend told me about Titan and so I called. They were able to get me in right away, which actually made me skeptical, but they are pretty far south, so they apparently were not getting as many calls as the companies up north. Alex is the owner, and what a nice guy! It is clear he cares deeply about his business, and his customer service was awesome. I was treated like a queen by Alex and his staff from the first minute, and they fulfilled every promise made. I am a very picky person, and will not accept less than 100%, so I practically checked that car over with a magnifying glass when I picked it up! These guys did great work for me. I had damage to my car from 3-4 incidents and therefore was planning on paying cash rather than using insurance, and wanted to do a quality, but cost effective job. Alex took the time to listen to this and his quote was, not only very competitive, but the work was very well done and was on budget. I also appreciated the fact that they provided me with a loaner car which saved me more money by not having to rent a car the few days I was gone. Kat was super helpful at the front desk answering any questions that we had and Josh did a beautiful job on the repairs!
