The guys at Colorado Car Audio really did their thing on my 2011 Toyota Rav4. I'm currently in the process of giving my Rav4 a makeover and wanted to start with getting a backup camera/LCD screen. I was referred to them by Jason at direct tint as I was getting my windows tinted and couldn't be more thankful! From the booking process to the installation, everything went smooth. It literally looks like my rav4 came with an LCD screen! I love it. I would highly recommend.

Very quick and efficient installing a power cord for my radar detector. I would highly recommend them for your car/truck audio needs.

I had my car stereo replaced in under 1/2 an hour for far less than quotes from their competitors. Top notch.

Quoted me $1000 for the cheapest stereo they had and install. Best Buy did it for $477. Easy decision.

The quality of work and customer service at Elevated Audio is second to none. You will pay more…read moreupfront by going to Elevated Audio, but the work will be done correctly and they will stand behind it. Coming from a guy who's gone to multiple audio shops with multiple BMW Z4s and had issues every time until this place, well, that upfront premium is definitely worth it to me! So what did I have done? I had the front tweeters replaced, a new DSP amplifier installed, and a new deck installed. They ran dedicated speaker wires to each speaker so each speaker had its own channel on the amp. Did we run into issues? Yes, just like the other two places I've gone to with my last sports car. But unlike the two other places I had gone to in the past, let's see how they truly went above and beyond... The first issue I had is the amplifier died. This is the nature of electronics (look up the "bath tub curve of reliability") - in short, if the amp was going to die, it was probably going to die within a few months of getting it or not for many, many years. Elevated Audio stood behind their product and replaced the amp. But there's more... Next issue was a rattling noise I heard from the passenger-side speaker. Again, I took in the car. And again, they stood behind their work and fixed the rattle. Now some audio shops would have argued it was not an issue with the speaker so tough cookies - not Elevated Audio. They just took care of it - no charge. But there's more... Next issue was the deck (I know, I had a bit of bad luck!) Again, remember the bath tub curve. No audio shop has control over if/when a deck or amp is going to fail, so you cannot judge them on that. I did not like the Kenwood deck they had put in for usability reasons and asked since the deck was acting up anyway to move to an Alpine. Again, they just took care of it - no charge on labor, just the delta in price to go from the original deck to the Alpine. More than reasonable. But there's one final thing! The steering controls work only intermittently. Again, they took it in free of charge and tried to fix it. It's still only working intermittently, but they've offered to let me bring it in to have them look at it again. I will take them up on that offer, but only after this whole COVID 19 thing gets better. So in summary, I know it may seem that many things went wrong, but you have to look at what was reasonably under their control. Every step of the way, the quality of their work was spectacular. They stood behind their product and their work. And I guarantee you that had I gone to another shop, I could have experienced the exact same manufacturer failures and had that occurred, I would not have been taken care of the way Elevated Audio treated me.

Hey Colorado Peeps!…read more I had to give credit where credit is due. After calling around and looking for a company that could detail my car during these crazy COVID times....I was referred to Nick and Gilbert! They both were very professional and courteous upon arrival. I loved that they were mobile and could drive to me at my workplace. My car was gifted to me with a weird scent. Nick and Gilbert assured me that it wasn't going to be a problem. After 3-4 hours that they spent baked in the sun, detailing my car (interior, exterior, and my engine compartment) it was ready for pick up. When I walked out to look at my car, I couldn't believe how great my car looked! It looked like I had just driven it out of a dealer lot. They had done some paint correction from the previous owners' scratching it up. The interior was shiny and felt smooth, none of that quarter car wash feel and look. Their ozone treatment had taken away that smell!! I was so thankful because that's what caused my headaches while driving it. The new pain on the exterior of the car felt baby skin-smooth!! That resurfacing and new paint correction made my car look so beautiful and shiny. I am in love with MY car, and happy to say finally it's my car now! Thank you G & N for the great service and care to my new baby!! I highly recommend these two friends to you guys! #supportinglocal and new entrepreneurs!!
