I am so sorry I ever got involved with this shop. Order off of crutchfield.com instead for 60 day returns, discounts, and free equipment included with your order. Do not buy from these guys - they will try to sell you low-end products that sound pretty bad to my ears, and then tell you there is NO REFUND. I came here because they had the highest reviews of any other shop. They put in an entry level sony head unit, but did not tell me it was an entry level unit, I prefer mid-level products or higher. Then they out in 4 rockford fosgate punch speakers. Charged me 400$ in labor. I did not like the sound of the RF speakers - they lacked clarity and sounded muddy and tinny. I went back to the shop and told them i wanted a refund or exchange. They agreed to an exchange, if i paid the difference. I told them idid not know what i was doing, and i needed expert advice and opinions. They refused to give any opinions about the (low end) products they carry. They showed me another setup in a truck, with one of their other speakers with an amp, and i told the guy that setup also sounded terrible. He had no other suggestion for me. So they put in on me to decide what speaker to upgrade to, the customer who doesn't have any experience in the audio world. The manager even said "don't put it in on me to decide. You tell me what YOU want."i repeated i didn't know what i wanted and needed help to decide what would sound good. They refused to offer any opinion and my phone had died, so i couldn't look anything up. I told them in 2008, i had alipine speakers, that sounded amazing. They offered 0 product knowledge on the alpine speakers, other than saying "they sound good". So without any expert help or advice, i said well ok, I guess switch it to the alipines speakers, Type R top of the line Alpine speakers. They switched them out for me, and the alpine speakers sound absolutely terrible. There is no depth or bass response in the speakers at all. At least the last speakers had some depth and bass to them. Contacted the shop next day, and the manager Lois was furious, and once again put it on me, that it was the one who decided i wanted the alipine speakers and he refused any refund. So now i'm stuck with 700$ in speakers+tax plus labor fees, that give me a headache and sound terrible. I have paid this shop about 1500$ so far, and the only redeeming thing i can show for it, is an entry level sony head unit that is acceptable. The alpine speakers are trash and this hop is now refusing to give me a refund, and is sticking me with the speakers...like i said, i learned the hard way....do order from cruttchfield.com and they will always take the speakers back, within 60 days, if you are not satisfied. Also, Xtreme Car Audio Techs also had their phone on my trunk and sitting in my car - very unprofessional. Just go to crutchfield.com for your speakers. Secondly, i went to car toys in littleton and spoke to Cesar for like 30 minutes. Cesar was incredibly knowledgable and spent a good amount of time explaining different systems and speaker options. He. really knew his stuff. He went out to my car and played with all my EQ settings, and got the original speakers, to sound substantially better. Xtreme car Audio did none of this for me. Cesar didn't make a dime off of me, but he had so much knowledge about audio products and he immediately fixed the eq on my sony head unit. Cesar is THE MAN when it comes to superior knowledge and customer service. Cesar with car toys, explained things in great detail and offered lots of expert opinions, something XTREME car audio refused to do. IF Xtreme car Audio associates just had the product knowledge, and better communication skills, they could have told me what to expect with the alpines type r speakers, and talk me out of it, instead of refusing an opinion and putting it on me to make an uninformed purchase and regret it..and then NO REFUNDS?? I would HIGHLY suggest you go speak to Cesar at Car Toys in Littleton. He will blow your mind with his product and audio knowledge, communication skills, and superior customer service. I ultimately decided to go with some hifi speakers - the Morel Tempo Ultra 602 MKII for the front and Morel Tempo Ultra Integra 692 MKII, for the rear fill speakers.....haven''t heard them yet, but they are supposed to be top lines in hi-fi speakers AND crutchfield not only discounted the speakers, but they threw in a FREE AMP! I also bought one rockfotrd fosgate 10"sub that was on sale for $100. God, i love crutchfield. And let's not forget, with Crutchfield, i added 5 year warranty on all of these speakers and amp, for like $14.00 per piece of equipment...can't wait to hear my new system.....forget Xtreme Car Audio and their terrible sound. I will be going back to Cesar at Car toys for my installation or a high end shop. OMG AND Crutchfield gave me a free dash cam, because of points accrued. OMG i love Crutchfield! read more

These guys are hustlers. You can't believe a word they say. I told them I had an important meeting at 6:30 that i couldnt be late for and was willing to come back the next day for the install, but they assured me it would be done by 5:30 if I did it that day. It wasn't done until around 7:00. They tripled the size of the hole on the top of my dash that the gps antenna wire came through while removing the antenna and told me it was like that already, as if I don't know whether the center of the top of my dash had a big triangular shaped hole in it or not. They added an unnecessary hdmi/usb c port on my console and told me that in order for it to work, I'd have to go online and purchase an adapter to connect it to the usb in my glovebox. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by drilling a hole in my console to add an hdmi port without consulting me first. Plus, they kept my old stereo and gps antenna after telling me it was in the back seat with the old wiring and old backup camera. He even picked up the old wires to show me, acting like it was all there. And to top it all off, the brand new backup camera they installed started acting up about an hour later. I might have to take it somewhere else tomorrow to have it looked at. There's no way I'm trusting that these guys wired it safely. Hopefully, my truck will start in the morning. These guys are shady. Don't trust this place. I left feeling hustled out of my money. I wish i would have read more of their reviews. Apparently, they've pulled this a few times with other customers. I can't wait to see how they try to gaslight and/or deflect in response to my experience. read more

I would've given these people no stars if possible but it wasn't an option. I go in for a window tint and my car locking mechanism was perfectly fine, after getting my car back from these people my car locking mechanism is broken. As in I can't lock my car door without doing unnecessary things to get it locked. I called today because I was TOLD TO! Just to get attitude from some Hispanic man because he "wasn't the man who did my tint". You all run that damn business so what's the difference? I got a life warranty for my tint, but you guys fucked up my door? Never going here again! Will be suing if need be. read more

They were very professional and took care of the issue that i've had since the install (not installed by them). Horrible job. Wouldn't recommend. Aside from installing the wrong tint % they backed up into something and made a small dent on the bed of my truck. They denied it was them even after I showed them pictures before n after. Showed me a jankie as* video where you can't see what the truck backs up into. no refund no nothing. Did a horrible job. Xtremely loud audio distortion, before I even made it out of the crowed alley. Additionally, the amp was turned up to the MAX and mounted where I could not reach. He charged me another $50 to remount the amp where I could access the Bass. I bought new door speakers from these vatos también. Blew out two of them, first day. He would not replace. TL;DR came in for a quick fix, left with more problems. Disrespectful, unintelligent, and poor quality facilities. Came in the get my front speaker reconnected and my tweeters bracketed. Had it replaced in an hour for $60. Cheap, quick, easy... I'm driving home realizing something is wrong. My tweeter on the right was replaced incorrectly and shorted out. My sound system sounds worse without it. Now I've had the inconvenience of driving back and told there was nothing I could do. They did not need anymore of my money as I went and got both tweeters replaced at CARTOYS instead for $150 more. Thanks a lot. Also note that I upon leaving Xtreme Audio for the tweeter replaced I was given my speaker back with it being replaced and a stare with intent for disrespect! I was offered disgustingly cheap tweeters as replacements as well. read more

Came in for a warranty for an amp that it burned after 4 months from buying it. but Came back and they took care of me they got pretty good quality stuff in stock and they know what they're doing. Also I use them for window tinting they're really good in the tint and quality tint last long. I will come back for sure ! read more

I bought a ported 15 inch subwoofer box and I was told that my subwoofer would fit in it which it did not, and I called them and told them I was going to come down and try to refund it and they said no they only do exchanges and then I come down here and they refused to exchange my box or give me my money back and then they tried to charge me $35 to cut the box so my sub could fit shitty customer service. I'm surprised that I am the first person to give this place a review! Hopefully this will help save people from the horrible experience that is Quality Auto Sound. I was greeted immediately, from a friendly gentleman and instructed to talk to Daniel about having an after market stereo installed in my car. Daniel was extremely friendly, honest, and efficient. I believe him and his brother are the owners of the business, and they really take their jobs seriously. I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal so I went to a few other Car Audio shops and was quoted significantly higher prices at each of them. So I obviously decided to go with the cheapest and I am so glad I did! Daniel told me it would take anywhere from half hour to an hour and half for the installation, which actually ended up only taking 25 mins! During the time I was waiting they had several other customers in and out as well, extremely efficient compared to their competitors. When my car was finished Daniel accompanied me to my car so that I could insure everything was working fine, he also proceeded to lower the price, and told me if I had any questions or needed anything else he would be happy to help. This has been the epitome of an excellent experience, and I would recommend them to everyone. The only suggestion/complaint I have is that there isn't adequate sitting inside of the store, so I was left standing, but really I could not careless as I was not waiting long at all!
