Ian, the tech who did the work, even suggested we go out for a test drive together before I left to be sure I was happy with the work. Oh, and the CEO was super nice and helped me get a charging cord for my Mac when my battery ran out of juice. This is simply a best-in-class organization.

The manager I spoke to said they would be able to identify the root cause of the problem and fix it permanently. I agreed and scheduled an appointment to have them perform the repair. This cost me roughly $2,500 but I figured it would be worth it not to have to deal with this again. 6 months later, it failed again so I returned to discuss with them. They told me that they would be glad to repair it again for $2,500 and their work was not under warranty. Last repair I will ever let these clowns with wrenches perform for me. My advice find a reputable mechanic that warranties his or her work.
