This is my absolute favorite store for sugar free, low carb foods. They have an incredible selection, including Smart Cakes, Quest, and several of the nut butters from Legendary Foods. Many of these items aren't available anywhere else locally, and the in store prices are on par or less than online. They have the best prices! Almost as good as buying online. I have been going to this shop for years, even before they opened up other branches. I remember the first time I walked in, could not find the low calorie protein I needed for cutting down. Nathan (store owner) apologized and said that he could get me anything I needed that was not in store and only pay the price I find online. And he ordered it right there and told me to be back in 4-5 days. To my surprise, he had what I needed and ordered extra just in case I were to come back...which I did happily. Years ago went this place first opened, it was great. They had great products with even better customer service. I have to say, the products are still good but I have not purchased anything from these clowns for years because any time I go in, over the last few years the lack of service always drives me out. Each time I swear I won't go back, eight months or so pass and I try again. It's always the same thing, the guy working there (if you can call it that) is either too busy wacking with one of his workout buddies or he won't come out from behind the stupid counter to actually answer any questions. I went into the nutrition company about two and a half years ago because I heard about the awesome prices. What I didn't know is that I would also be able to receive advice on both nutrition and workout tips. More importantly I had some blood work done about 4 months ago. it turned out that my HDL level was extremely low. I talked to both Brian and Pat about this. They put me on a regiment of omega oils, and gave me some diet tips for raising the cholesterol levels. Just the other day I got my new set of tests back . In just four months my HDL increased three times what it was prior to taking Brian and Pat's advice. I cannot thank them abd nutrition company enough. My wife and daughter can't thank them enough. Aside from helping me take my work outs and diet to the next level, they helped with some advice that was probably life saving. My doctors exact words were, " I don't know what you're doing, but keep doing it. I dont believe you need a Staten or any other drugs. I have visited this store three times and not once has the owner gotten up from his seat behind the counter to greet me, ask me what I was looking for, or say anything to me at all. Most recently, I went in the weekend of 1/17/15 and I was the ONLY person in the store, and still this man didn't say anything to me. I was extremely disappointed and refuse to give this store my business. Instead I went to a different nutrition store at 80th & Sheridan and as soon as I stepped foot in the door, the employee Bryan introduced himself, shook my hand and asked me what I was looking for and what my fitness goals are.
