We wanted to be checked for things like glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts etc. I told her what our Medicare Advantage Insurance was and she assured me they accepted it. on that basis I scheduled us (my wife and I) for appointments this morning. We traveled 45 miles each way this morning to early morning appointments only to be told they DO NOT take our insurance. Do not trust them. Whether it was a deliberate act or the product of or incompetence, I wouldn't trust anything they tell you.

I walk in and the lady at the front desk tells me I have no appointment. I told her I did make the appointment and she tells me in a stern way that I did not have any appointment with them today!
