Car has never been to a car wash, and had been carefully hand washed with only microfiber sponges and rags very carefully since brand new. 5 year old car with almost non existent swirl marks cars that age should have. So I was extremely worried about who I would bring the car to as I did not want body work done and to have to worry about paint blending. Josh knocked on my door as well as other competitors and at first I really didn't want to be bothered but he really impressed me with his knowledge and really went above and beyond to really listen to my concerns. He looked the car over and assured me all could be fixed with NO body work or paint. Assured me they would hand wash it my way and treat the car the way I do. I really got a great vibe from Josh that he really does get it about customer service rather than just being a salesman. Setting up the process was so easy. Rhonda is who you will primarily deal with once you move forward. Rhonda is absolutely the best! So professional and accommodating! An absolute pleasure to deal with. I brought my car to them. She had the rental all set up for me and than took me over to get it picked up. They handled everything with my insurance. Once again just like Josh, Rhonda took very special care to handle my car how I would like, being that I am admittedly over the top about it. She took my concerns seriously and truly cared about the customer. I was kept in the loop through out the entire process. The day of pickup I was literally stunned how good my car looked. Was fully detailed with no signs of hale damage. And believe me I looked. If there was the smallest ding I would have found it. My car looked brand new. The girls in the office were great and a pleasure to deal with as well. I was honestly worried about trusting a new place with car. And while some competitors that knocked on my door had more reviews, Josh made it easy to stay the course and give them a try. Don't worry about a thing with these guys, I've never been in such good hands before with something I'm so picky about. I am just really blown away with this place! This is a terrible business that will give you the runaround and make you spend your own money…read morerepairing what they damaged rather than making good on their promises. Be very aware and heed the lesson I learned: On February 16, the owner of Auto Magic Jerime Monroe rear-ended my car in his 2020 GMC truck while I was stopped at a signal light in Aurora. After pulling over, he immediately took the blame saying, "My foot slipped off the brake pedal." He provided me with his driver's license and vehicle registration but did not have his insurance card. The tow hooks on his truck destroyed my rear bumper cover and inner foam core. He explained that he owned two auto body repair shops, one in Littleton and one in Denver, gave me his business card, and showed me some mail in his truck addressed to him at Auto Magic. I felt bad that his insurance rates would increase over the incident, so I agreed to not report the accident to insurance and instead allow him to repair the damage at his body shop. He promised to order a new bumper cover, foam core, paint the cover, and install it during the first week of March when my work schedule allowed me to take time off. In the following weeks, he texted me apologizing for the accident and confirming he purchased the parts and would be ready the first week of March to repair my car. At the end of February, I spoke Jerime on the phone and set up an appointment in early March. The morning of the appointment, I called him when I arrived in Littleton to let him know I was a few miles away, and he told me they had not painted the bumper yet and asked if we could reschedule for another day. I took off work for this appointment and drove over from east Aurora during rush-hour, so I was unhappy but agreed. What else could I do? He told me to text him the morning of whatever day I wanted to stop by and that there wouldn't be an issue with me dropping by on short notice. Later that week, I texted him that I was ready to drop off the car later that day, and he replied saying he needs at least 24 hours' notice, which is not what he originally said. I replied with a different time, and he never responded. For the rest of March, I texted him over five times asking to resolve the issue. Eventually, after never hearing back from him, I filed a police report for the accident and a claim with my auto insurance company. My insurance adjuster sent letters to both Auto Magic's office and the address on Jerime's license and called Jerime's cell phone and the Auto Magic office, but no one responded. Because his truck is new with no previous claims, my insurance company could not locate his insurer through the system they use. I texted Jerime asking for his insurance information and telling him I had filed a claim and needed to finalize the repairs. I also mentioned I would be leaving online reviews detailing my experience with his business. He immediately replied with surprise claiming that he never received ANY of my text messages since early March. I responded asking for his insurance information, and he never replied. I spent the next four days texting the same request with no response. At this point, the Aurora police department is attempting to locate his insurance information based off his license plate. My vehicle is being repaired under my uninsured motorist coverage, which cost me a deductible out of my own pocket. My adjuster says the repair bill will be sent to Jerime with a demand for payment. If the bill is not paid, they will send it to collections. If Jerime does provide his insurance information, I will be refunded my deductible. Beware that this is the kind of person you will be doing business with and supporting financially at Auto Magic--the kind of owner who crashes into an innocent person because of his own rather absurd error, promises to repair the damage at his body shop, gives the person the runaround for months, refuses to abide by the law and provide his insurance information that he should have had on him at the scene of the accident in the first place, forces the person to file a claim with his own insurance company and pay a deductible with his own money, and wastes hours of the person's time. Do yourself a favor up front and find another business rather than risk going through something similar. Should the owner of Auto Magic whish to respond to my review claiming it is fake, I'm happy to upload screenshots of the text message chain and photos of Jerime's license, registration, license plate, and business card proving what I say is truthful.

I was referred to Colorado Car Care by a trusted auto body shop (Perry and Terry, who were booked…read moremonths out) for a mystery dent that appeared below the rear window on the hatch of my '98 4Runner. On an unscheduled walk-in, I was assisted immediately by Forrest who also brought one of the techs out (Paul) to assess the damage and give me an estimate. They quickly got a plan in place, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled for a week later. Just got the work done this morning, and it's perfect. Couldn't tell it was ever there, and considering the paint's original and almost 20 years old (albeit in great shape), they also got the scratches buffed out where the dent was with zero adverse effects. Just awesome. Excellent work, great experience, and the work came in under-estimate, both for the cost and the time needed, so that was appreciated, too. Highly recommend!
