My gorgeous Queen (Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland w/ high altitude package) got rear ended in a parking lot back in October of 2019... I was absolutely DEVASTATED . When I finally got around to looking into body shops to fix the damage from the hail storm I was a little overwhelmed with the number of places that offered PDR services! A while back I was getting a car wash when a young man approached me about the damage to my car, and handed me a flyer for The Dent Man. I glanced at the "we'll pay for your deducible!" ad and thought nothing about tossing it in a pile of stuff for the next few weeks, because...ya know, summer. Fast forward to the other day, when I finally called to make an appointment to have them assess the damage and estimate the repair. Brought my 2016 BMW 3 series here after a recent hail storm at the airport. Adam was super personable and he didn't beat around the bush. Offered me a Strasbourg cash price and offered to do the service next day. I dropped my car off in the morning and was called to come pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived and inspected my car I discovered where someone had glue-pulled a dent so hard they pulled the clear coat off my car. Adam assured me he didn't know his technician ahead done so and even went so far as to show me the text between the tech where he apologized. He also discounted the service by 40% and offered to re finish the entire hood for a highly discounted rate . Left that day, called him and sent him a text for the cost to refinish the hood and never heard from him again. So basically I paid 60% of the initial cost to get minor hail dent damage removed and then walked out with a completely new problem in which I was assured assistance with and received ZERO Just to be even more clear, I'd didn't have " pieces of paint missing" I had rock chips maybe 1/8 inch at the largest normal wear and tear damage marks found on any car. vs. the 2x2 inch spot left by the technician which, who, if I remember correctly, wasn't going to disclose the damage to you originally. I tried calling you multiple times including about 20 minutes after I left on the phone number you called me from that day. But I have to be honest. Not sure if I want my car back at your shop if your techs aren't honest with their management. read more

Small dent in the hatch of my 14 year old VW wagon with 140,000 miles from low speed rear ender. She looks great (except for that dent), but all the estimates from body shops exceeded the cost of the car (without raising its resale value). I tried 'Dent Man' because their estimate was less than a THIRD (or FOURTH) of body shop estimates and once you let your beautiful, mature ride's dents go unfixed, you start to quit waxing it, don't wash it, stop taking care of it, and the next thing you know, you are driving a beater. My VW had a dent on a piece with 3 angles, but it looks almost perfect (one corner of the angles lost its paint and had to be retouched). I could not be happier.
