I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I believe that everyone deserves some grace every now and then, so I decided to give Veterans another shot. 3 days later, one of my vehicles was in the shop. During the nearly 3 weeks it was in this shop, I was kept in regular contact about the status of the vehicle. Steve and the manager were extremely helpful with negotiations between the shop and my insurance to keep it under the $ threshold (well kept 2019 car with VERY low mileage) for being totaled.
