He took it on himself to call the company to have a new vent sent out free of charge. It took an hour of his time. After I moved in the water heater GFCI triggered and turned the water heater off. He came on a Friday afternoon straight from the hospital, where he had been with his mother. This guy is the real deal. I feel like I have someone who has my back. And he's quite affordable. He's done everything from ceiling fans to water heaters to changing electrical outlets to annual maintenance. I don't think there's anything he can't do. I trust him.
