Joe handled the installation which was a big deal with the crane lift over our house and a tight fit for the pool but it all went without a hitch. The store has been quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We did have one small needed repair and Joe spent an entire Saturday evening running around and getting it taken care of before a snow storm came in. Can't say enough good about them all, we have been very pleased and highly recommend them!

BEWARE...NOT A GOOD PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH!…read more It's been just over 6 months since purchasing my hot tub from Marc. He initially was great over the phone, I really liked him, and the purchase was easy. Of course it was. He was getting my money. Since then, it's been all downhill. HORRIBLE, IF NOT NON-EXISTENT, COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. Keep in mind, he gives a 6 month warranty with his tubs. I trusted Marc, as I had never owned a hot tub before. Big mistake. The hot tub I got was a 110V - plug and play. I was told there were no other special electrical requirements. However, there were other requirements, a 20amp circuit, that I was never told about until he was placing the tub on my patio. This was very expensive to address. He also came by himself to install the tub, so my son and nephew had to help him unload and place the tub. Within a week or so I noticed leaking under the tub, as well as leaking from the valve that controls the direction of the airflow. It took Marc a full 7 days to come take a look. I had to text multiple times for him to finally confirm his repair time. Somehow there was a crack in one of the pipes that had to have happened while the tub was being delivered. He repaired it. It's been fine. He replaced the seal in the directional valve. It still leaks to this day. He's aware of that. At 2.5 months, the hot tub completely quit working. By some miracle, Marc responded promptly and came out the following day, but only because we happened to already have an appt. with him. From what I understood, the heater was faulty and was causing the breaker to trip. Mind you, this was a "new" heater, only a few months old. He replaced it and it has been alright since then as far as I know. At the 3.5 month point, the cover on the tub started tearing where the securing straps attach. Marc installed the clips incorrectly causing too much tension. Also, one of the filter screens had been breaking and deteriorating since I got the tub and at this point there wasn't much left of it. I text him about both issues. He actually responded the same day and said he would look into the cover issue as well as get me a new filter "screen". That was on November 16th, 2019 and I have not heard another word from him, despite multiple attempts to reach him by text and phone. I even tried calling him this morning before writing this review. I really wanted to support a local business man, but people like Marc are why it's best to go with larger reputable companies.

Jeremy and Indigo Pools came out to certify the spa and provide instruction to a noob...He was on time and professional of course, but more than that he was very personable and engaging. I asked him to come back and check on the opening of the cover, he said he would and never came back. The next year I called and asked him to check on the cover not opening correctly, he wouldn't come back. Had this problem for a few years until the cover started getting stuck. Again called Johnny and he wouldn't return my calls. I ended up calling arrowhead pool and spa and they came out and helped me get the cover to open. The next year rolled around and again the cover got stuck, this time ripping. I called johnny and he said he would stop by and never did. Called him back and he hung up on me. This guy doesn't know what hes doing, doubt he has insurance because asked him for insurance info and he refused. I had two companys come out and look at the rip and told me the multiple mistakes he made on the initial install. I would call a reputable company even if it takes longer for service. Don't trust this cr**k with your money.

After having Anthony repair my tub from time to time over 5 years, and always having to…read morebe extremely patient and bite my tongue, this last repair turned into an epic fiasco and could have resulted in damage to my tub. A heater went out in Sept. With the usual sporadic communication, he came to fix it about 6 weeks later. However, he first drained the tub and removed the old heater before discovering he had the wrong part. Why did he have the wrong part? This wasn't the first time. And then he just left it all disconnected and even took my part off the premises. Never mind freezing weather and standing water and no winterization. It took additional weeks to get him to winterize the tub, all the while he kept telling me the part was out of stock. Then he told me he'd get it from another supplier but never did. I decided I'd order it myself but after weeks of asking him for the part number I got nothing but excuses. Finally, I called Jacuzzi and that's when I discovered I could have had this part months ago. It was out of stock at "his" supplier but not at three others.It was now January! I still tried to be as polite as ever to get this done but then I got lip from him and he told me to take a hike. One month after contacting Mountain Blue Spas it was fixed.
