They don't let you know that they are coming or say hi when they are there so it's hard to know when they've been. I'm pretty sure multiple visits were charged that never took place at all .. but then it's hard to know for sure because of the lack of communication. I was pressured -- called on evenings and weekends -- demanding immediate payment of invoices that had never been sent to me. Legal threats as well if I did not pay inaccurate, overblown invoices. I found it worth paying simply to have no future interactions. When I pointed out the issues with timing and bulked up invoices I got a bunch of blame thrown in my face. I recommend you hire basically anybody else -- the many one star reviews across multiple platforms are well warranted.

The original opening for one was May 22nd and they failed to factor in plaster drying time: now it's pushing to maybe June 13th at the earliest. Can you imagine hiring a pool company that doesn't know how long plaster takes to dry? And it wasn't an emergency repair: it was planned maintenance and upgrades! Seriously if you want your pool operational you need to consider ANY company besides Peak One Pool and Spa.

I drove an hour from Denver to the Boulder location for the interview. Upon arrival I buzzed the ring camera and spoke with the woman I was scheduled to interview with. A technician who happened to be onsite went inside and spoke with Lauren Hengstenberg, then came out and said "She's not here. But she said the interview was scheduled for 11:30am." I was then contacted by phone by a Peak One agent who said "We use a third party scheduler and there must have been a mix up." I then received an email stating that I was no longer in consideration for the position.

When they do work I have been happy with them. The drawback is that 'when they do work.' They have been scheduled to do our pool opening today since last fall. I called to confirm that earlier in the week and no one answered the phone so I sent an e-mail. I received a response saying that they would indeed be here but could not specify a time - that it might be any time morning through afternoon. And here we are at 4:52pm and they have not arrived. I started calling them at about 3:30pm to ask if they were coming. They told me that they would get back to me. When no one called I rang them again. Still no answer as 'their technician is not answering the phone.' Finally about a quarter to five the technician called to say sorry, he won't make it today, does Monday suit? Please note that this is an improvement over last year when they had completely lost my booking. This is far from the first time that Wetworks has failed to show up, been late, not replied to phone calls, etc. There are few choices around for pool service in the area just now but I am hoping we will get a bit more competition this year. Again please note that I find the team at Wetworks to be technically proficient, and what is more they are likable people. I just never know if they will show up when they say they will and when you try to track them down afterwards plan on multiple phone calls or e-mails to get an answer. This is not how I believe the relationship between customer and service provider should run.
