I will never take my car to Colorado Tire again. I recently bought two brand new tires from them. A few days later one of my older tires started a slow leak. I figured I ran over a nail or something, but nope. When I took my tire to Walmart to get patched (Walmart is closer) they told me there was no hole at all, that somebody loosened my valve which you have to have a special tool to do. The guy that was telling me this said this doesn't usually come lose by itself. I am beyond mad at Colorado tire!!! I will never take my business to them again. read more

The team that works at Colorado Tire is amazing! I hit something large and metallic on Rt 25 while on a road trip (more than 1600 miles from home, North Carolina), it took out a tire, the rim and my gas tank. Not only did they repair my car quickly, but they did it responsibly (asking me questions and letting me decide - no mansplaining here!!) and even went the extra mile(s) to pick up a part that was in Denver! I had gotten a flat the night before, they were taking first come first serve basis and they were able to take me in within minutes as they were all changing everyone's tires at a fast pace. I only waited maybe 15-20 minutes and got to watch them the entire time which was comforting. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly, fast, efficient. I had a great experience here today. I, unfortunately, did not get the name of the gentlemen that helped me but he was very nice. I had a damaged tire and was told by Subaru of Pueblo that I needed a new $175 tire because mine was unfixable. Because I'm tired of being taken advantage of and treated like an idiot at Subaru I went to Colorado Tire. I was treated respectfully and actually felt a little special. My tire was fixed and I was on my in about 15 minutes. A good lesson for my 10 yr old daughter that not all "car guys" are jerks. read more

Brought in a tire with a slow leak off our 2020 Rav. Wheel was in perfect condition when they received it. After getting overcharged I got the wheel back filthy (as they usually are when they have to find the leak) and took it home and put it back on and cleaned it up to find it damaged in 2 spots. Went back just for them to barely give me my money back and denied they did it. I would not trust them with my vehicle if they can't handle a single wheel properly. If you appreciate your stuff go elsewhere. Never had an issue like this at Discount or Peerless. Terrible experience and staff at the new shop. read more

On a Saturday these guys drove all the way up to Colorado Springs to get me a set of Coopers. Not to mention, that I've never seen anyone get my alignment correct, except these guys. After just moving to Pueblo three weeks ago we found ourselves with a flat tire. I went in, by myself-yes, a girl, with all expectations of getting the run around, sure they would try to sell me a whole new set of tires, etc. But I put my boxing gloves on and was ready to fight for just a tire repair. To my surprise, I received some of the kindest, most sincere customer service. They graciously agreed to repair the tire, they even put my spare back and mounted the repaired tire for me, for $15! Customer service is ok. I was able to talk to the person at the desk with my issue, managed to get two tires replaced on my car with a mount and balance. Afterwards, I noticed they had stolen both of my front chrome valve stem caps replacing them with cheap black plastic ones and they stripped one of my bolts that the lug nut goes on. About two weeks ago, we took a spontaneous road trip to Colorado. Snow, rain, fog... not what we were expecting... We finally got a beautiful day on the last day of our trip so we decided to drive into Pueblo for some shopping and sightseeing. As soon as we were turning into The HD store, we heard a loud pop noise. Air was rapidly leaking from our driver side tire. Discount Tire was right across the street so we went there first... minimum of a 3 hour wait!!! Went to three other tire locations (since they were all close to one another) and no one was able to help us. I finally found Colorado Tire through my Yelp app and called them to explain my situation. "Come on in!" they said. As soon as we pulled up, we were directed to an open spot and got help right away. We had ran over a screw head first!!! Not only were they able to fix the puncture hole, but the guy that was helping us also checked on the rest of the tires for us and tightened up the bolts. We were in and out within 30 minutes and the final bill? Under $20!!! Colorado Tire definitely saved our trip from being a disaster! read more

Rich and Colorado Tire rescued me from near disaster! I live out of state and was in Pueblo visiting my son. The morning I was going to drive home I had low tire pressure warning so I went to a national chain tire shop. There was a nail in the tire and they couldn't fix it because it was near the sidewall. They also didn't have a used tire I could buy. The only way they could help me was to replace all 4 tires for over $500. I left and went to Colorado Tire. Rich took one look at the nail in my tire and said they'd be able to fix it. After 20 minutes and less than $20, I was on my way...a 9 hour drive home and the tire is good as new. Recently, I had to get new tires for my car. Colorado Tire is outstanding. They were friendly, professional and they gave me a great deal on my tires. The old tires on my car were purchased from a national chain. I was driving around with the wrong size tires on my vehicle and they were worn sooner than usual.
