I got the grand tour and saw all of the special workout rooms, childcare, coworker space, Pickleball courts, pools, recovery, areas, cold, plunges, saunas, and more. I loved how vast the actual gym floor was, with plenty of machines and free weights, everything you could think of, and not too crowded. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, I get the feeling that it's never unbearably crowded. They have enough machines to go around to avoid long lines. I got a great workout in, and then we hit the showers. We went in the sauna for a bit, as well as switched between the hot tub and cold plunge, it was really nice. I love that the locker rooms have everything you need, large and small towels, toiletries, and hairdryers The showers are hot with great water pressure and everything feels very clean. I had such a nice experience here. However, I don't think it's worth the membership price. Not only is it almost half an hour from me, but even if it was two minutes away, i don't think i could justify the $330 a month price tag. There's just not enough value there.

Crazy money for what you get. The most expensive gym we've ever been to by A LOT and couldn't find an explanation for why, they don't have anything any other gym hasn't had in the area, in fact it was lacking in some amenities IMO -the rating system was absolutely not accurate for bouldering, we have a variety of climbing levels in our family and the inconsistency with the ratings was insane, not a whole lot to climb if you are a v3/4 or under, felt like the route setters don't understand what a lower level is capable of. -it was packed, really really packed. -my daughters were disappointed there were no auto belays, which is a strange choice in that type of facility. -overall no one acted like there was any kind of community experience, not a seemingly very social place, everyone seemed to be in their own little space. Just overall a very weird feeling for a climbing gym. It was pretty and sure it has a ton of rope climbing but overall I'd pick a different gym without hesitation for the money.

This gym already produced a couple elite Olympians including Alexander (Sasha) Artemev (Bronze medalist champion from Beijing, 2008) and 2021Tokyo hopeful, Yul Moldauer!   My two boys have been members of this gym for a few years now- one is on the competitive team, the other enjoys the recreational practices! It is definitely a kid approved gym! Both boys love their coaches and enjoy their practices! It is really rewarding to watch them grow and constantly improve their gymnastics skills with a smile on their face.  The coaches are awesome! They are friendly, professional and they truly care for our athletes with all their hearts. It is noticeable they feel it is not only their profession, but it's their passion too! They know how much to push and challenge a kid to get them to the next level of skill. It is done with such finesse, that the children do not even notice. Basically, it feels like each athlete experiences an individually "tailored" program, based on their needs and progress. Coaches are not only training them gymnastics skills, but also incorporating values such as respect, integrity, humility, team work, and determination. They are always encouraging and inspiring. My sons are stronger, flexible, more focused and disciplined because of 5280 Gymnastics. This gym made us feel like we were at our second home from day one!    From a practical stand point, the gym offers an online access to stream our children's class during their practice from anywhere - that is an amazing feature! Also, there is Wifi at the facility, which is a great perk for working parents, if they have to sit and wait for the class to finish.  I've recommended this gym to my friends whose children have joined and they love it too! If anyone is looking for a healthy after-school activity for their kids, this is the place!  Finally, a noteworthy fact is 5280 Gymnastics trained many athletes (boys and girls) who were recruited and awarded college gymnastics full ride scholarships. With the new times now of COVID-19, 5280 Gymnastics is very "sterile"and compliant with all the health departments recommendations. All precautionary measures are implemented and not limited to checking temperatures daily, provide constantly hand sanitizers, daily cleanings and disinfection!

Now, I'm Italian but I've been in the US for over 10 years, I do have an accent - of course - but I'm fluent in English (and another 3 languages) and I've NEVER experienced anything like this from a 'business'. Needless to say I will NOT be sending my daughter here because I can only imagine the type of people that work here and I don't want her subject to this level of ignorance! Please educate yourself! I started playing soccer here after looking for a way to become more active coming out of the…read morepandemic. This sports complex has been a great location to meet people and join a soccer team. They offer sessions for those looking to join a Men's only league, a Women's only league, and a Coed league, with several different leagues available on all days of the week, except for Saturday (These leagues are for adults 18+). I have also seen youth sports teams practicing here in the winter months. However, my experience is solely with the adult soccer leagues. The building is very clean. The bathroom, lobby, and fields don't feel grundgy like other sports complexes that I've played at before. There are two fields of the same size, and both feature great indoor turf playing surfaces. The newly renovated North Field is especially well lit, clean, and definitely being taken care of well. There is plenty of bleacher seating at each field as well for family and friends who want to come and watch and cheer you on. The refs, which can always make or break an experience, are all mostly fair and referee games well. The front of house staff is always friendly and helpful as well. The only caveat for the whole experience here is starting in July of 2023, they did start mandating the use of indoor turf soccer cleats so do keep that in mind when playing here. All in all, I've had a great experience getting back into this sport at this facility, and I would recommend playing here if you're also looking to get back into soccer as well. You can sign yourself up as a free agent on their website if you're looking to try and join and my tip is to also lookout for some Denver soccer Facebook groups as many people post in those groups looking for people to sub or join teams who play ay this facility all the time.
