I have 3 daughters playing and our family couldn't be happier! Coaches are all great. The club has a very healthy culture.

My daughter has been participating in Momentum's Mizuno prep league for the last year. She has developed a vast knowledge about the game, strong skills, a deep love for the sport and long-lasting friendships as a result. We feel very fortunate to have found Momentum's prep league! They have taken my daughter from a beginner volleyball player to a now club level player. She has had the opportunity to interact with all of the coaches and they have taught her so very much: they have gotten to know her on a personal level and they have inspired her to be her very best on and off the court. The kids that she has met through prep league are an incredibly kind and supportive group. This club offers a warm family-friendly atmosphere with talented and loving coaches, a supportive and friendly staff and top-notch kids. I highly recommend the Momentum Mizuno Prep League. read more

Negative 10 stars I think it says a lot about a club's priorities when the first criteria on player evaluations is how much extra time (and of course $$$) your child spends in the gym weekly (Based on the previous review and our experience - lessons translated to more playing time) This extra time is in addition to: 8 hours in the gym plus powers- an excessive amount of team bonding outside the gym on fri nights and saturdays (which also doesn't count)- In terms of college recruiting...the director and recruiting coordinator will tell you that they missed the coaches at your daughter's game or there werent any there....in reality there could have been a bunch of coaches right next to the recruiter - that she did not attempt to speak to (true story). Our team coach's trigger temper and tendency to scream uncontrollably in an unpredictable manner at practice and qualifiers - in front of college coaches - was an added bonus. AMAZING is the only word that describes this club. The coaches are great, and it is fun but also taken very seriously. It is affordable, and the kids are sooooooo excited for practice. I have never been so happy. BEST CLUB EVER (no joke) read more

Unfortunately this club is more like a women's jr high social club than a volleyball club . It's all who you know and who's rear end your kissing that determines coaching and playing time . If you're paying for private lessons everyday as well you preferential treatment. My daughter played for the top team of theirs and was offered a contract on the spot and the coach treated her terrible all season. She never gave her any attention or invested any time into helping her get even better. She tore down my daughters confidence and played favoritism with girls whose parents were friends with club personnel or payed extra money to the club. My daughter would come home crying some days and here I'm ive paid about 12-14,000 this season for my daughter to help them win and travel to 4 different states this year with the team. It's sad they do this to these girls . My daughter didn't deserve it. Its a very snobby stuck up club and if you're not the cool parents or the rich parents they make sure your kid suffers . From the outside looking in it seems like a great club and we were excited to be a part of it but after this experience my daughter who's played 4 years on 1s teams nationally didn't even know if she wanted to play the sport anymore . I won't let her give up her talent because of people like this . They are supposed to help these girls develop not tear them down . read more

My daughter has played for two other clubs besides Momentum. Momentum is far and away the best club she has played for. The practices are intense, but with a fun atmosphere, speed and vertical training provided through Elite it is hard to beat!! Caoches or assistants are always available for private lessons and open for the girls schedules. One of the Best!! read more

This is my favorite volleyball club that my daughter has played at! The staff are AMAZING and they are so organized- way batter than any volleyball club! My daughter has learned so much about the skills of the game and has built up her skill in the court. She met and became best friends with her teams and had no problems. They also offer camps and clinics as well as private lessons which is super good for extra practice! I love momentum volleyball club!!! read more

Our dd plays here. Pretty disappointed. Bathrooms are always a mess (rather use the restroom at a truck stop) and there is never enough seating. There are never any staff to be found. I've passed on my disgust of this location to the organizational officials. Hope we can use another facility next year. Avoid if possible. read more

The staff are very unfriendly at the desk-pretty snobby and pretentious. The coaches are amazing and have a lot of knowledge.

Note the dates on prior reviews. There is a new director and staff as of the summer of 2013. It is a first rate facility and program. Your volleyball player has access to the training and coaching that only the best clubs can provide. No situation fits all athletes but Momentum strives to do so.
