When I quietly approached her about it, she doubled down, mocked me by asking how old I was, and continued to speak to me in a nasty, humiliating way. Another customer who overheard even looked at me with sympathy because it was so unprofessional. I am heartbroken to leave the pedicurist I've supported for years, but I will never return to this salon again. No client deserves to be treated this way.
