When I got the store credit I was told the credits do not expire. A few months after I received an email that the credits would expire within 120 days of the payment. My officially april 1,2023. I received the email for the policy change October 6,2023. The policy was effective October 1st, 2023 (5 days after). I called to make sure my credits were still available. They said it expired in June 2023... No email, no phone call that my credits were going t expire before June 2023. I only received notification on October. Again, I was told on April 2023, that they do not expire. The manager refused to let me use my credits. They essential ripped me off and stole my money. DO NOT GO HERE.

This was my first lash lift, a procedure that I had literally never heard of prior to a google search made on a whim. I wanted something to bring out my eyelashes without extensions and this was perfect. I saw Danielle S. for the lash lift. The procedure itself took about 90 minutes including a consultation that reviewed potential complications such as eyelash kinking. When I asked about that the technician explained how it happened and how they are able to fix it during the lift itself. So I went for it, got in a 60 minute nap, and woke up looking like this, lol. Danielle was even able to fix up a bald spot on one of my eyelashes that she had noticed. Super natural look, professional experience, worth every penny for the nap alone. I went home and looked it up online. It looked like a place I'd like to go to, so I did! I booked my first appointment for a leg wax with Morgan. On the date and time of my appointment, I arrived and checked in. Shortly after, Morgan came out to get me. My leg wax went well and as she was waxing me, I mentioned that I was pretty much due for my next Brazilian, so I'm unsure why I didn't just book it with my leg wax. She mentioned that we had a little extra time in our appointment slot, and she could squeeze it in. Perfect! I ended up going back on another date to get my eyebrows done and that was a pretty good experience as well. Being that I was an avid customer at another wax place before moving to this area, here's a few things I wish I'd Wax That had to offer that I'm accustomed to: - The use of a cooling gel on those really sensitive areas (such as your upper lip) post-wax - Offering packages/bundles of services. For example, being able to get your eyebrows, Brazilian, and legs bundled together at one price with a slight discount for doing them all together - A frequent customer punch card...after a certain amount of visits, you get a discount on your next visit Nevertheless, I think I found my place...at least for now. I'm glad I was able to support a small local business rather than the common European Wax Center.
