So I called today to make an appointment, to try this nail salon which my friend recommended since I'm new to the area. No answer at 11:00. Ok try again at 11:15 maybe they are running late, no answer. Decided to try once more at noon since hours can be different than what is posted on line these days; this time they pick up and just say "You fucking shit don't call here anymore" (a woman with an Asian accent) and hang up. The ladies are very nice and always ready and willing to take a walk in but they don't do anything other than a basic one color mani or pedi and even then it's horribly lumpy, uneven, and they don't use top coats. On one nail the gel had lifted off and wasn't even on my nail anymore 3 days later and they are all gone since they were coming off.. read more

Love this nail salon! The ladies that work there are so sweet & they always do a great job with a mani or pedi. They care about their customers & always offer a good price especially for both mani & pedi. I have been going there for about 2yrs now & they always acknowledge their customers by their first name. I have not had an issue with Fancy Nails until today! I bought my mother in law three 25$ gift certificates for Christmas and she ATTEMPTED to use them today. She called me to tell me how utterly disrespectful the owner was in there. She went in for her appointment and presented her gift certificates to use for pedicures for her and her husband during the service. The owner said the gift certificates are too old and they will not accept them, after my mother in-law said they were purchased around Christmas mad the owner responded "too old" and ripped them up. Mid pedicure they stopped working when someone else walked in to get to do their nails instead of completing the service. So my father in-laws pedicure was finished 15-20 mins after hers. So not only am I absolutely disgusted with how the owner conducts herself, but I ask anyone reviewing this not to go their and or buy their gift certificates that apparently they don't honor. I am out 75$ and this place is a disgrace. read more
