I left with my hair nothing like the photo I showed her. When I messaged her and asked her if I could come in the next day to add more light color she said she was out 2 weeks. I was shocked sh wouldnt work me in. Then I asked for a refund and she said she didnt give refunds. The hair was so bad and some color was literally an inch from my scalp.
