Megan is my main stylist. One month I had a double arm surgery and their team pulled together on different days to wash my hair and help me when I couldnt help myself! I took it out. When we got to Great Clips the hairdresser took the finest tooth comb he had and started trying to comb her hair that is down to her low back. I could see her wincing in pain and asked him, "Do you have wet brush or hair brush you can use instead?" and he responded with some lovely attitude and sass saying, "We normally expect people to brush their hair before they come in..." Thankfully the comment went right over my daughter's head but I am a 37 year old woman who has been going to actual salons since I was a child and I have NEVER had someone use a fine tooth comp on my hair to take out any small tangles OR have anyone talk to me rudely like that. She is easy to schedule appointments with, fairly priced and listens to what her customers want. I wanted a short cut but not with a trimmer, and she was able to do scissor over comb. Her space is also decorated with fantastic original art pieces that she has created to make a very nice little space. I would highly recommend.
