there is a reason why this place has low reviews. believe the people who have bad experiences and…read moretake time out of their days to help deter others from the same trash treatment. with that being said--don't go here. this place and the people that work here should be out of business with how they handle clients. i had an event, so i booked a blowout at 555pm. these people rescheduled my appointment to 625pm without telling me, other than sending an automated text the day of. i left that alone and accepted it. they then texted me again at 2pm saying my stylist had an emergency and i need to come in at 3pm or i need to cancel. i then respond saying that's pretty inconvenient and asked if i could get a discount or something for having to rush. after i said that, with no mention that i planned on canceling, they send me a text saying THEY canceled. i was pissed at that point, so i called. 6 different call attempts, the first went through and was ignored, the other 5 went straight to voicemail. how unprofessional can a business get? just go to a real hair salon to get your hair styled. this place, their employees, and their communication absolutely suck. and ps: in case they try to use this, yes, at the end of our text conversation, i called them d*ckheads. i was nothing but pleasant before that. they deserve a lot worse than that (-:

She asked me for pics of my hair and inspo pics. I sent my hair now and older cuts had. Also a few inspo/goal pics. Then I text her to confirm the appointment and checked to make sure she felt comfortable with short blended styles. (not a lot of stylists do these days) and then she said that because she's never cut my hair that she couldn't get it "perfect", and immediately cancelled my appointment without another word.
