Unfortunately, the service was not done properly. Multiple areas were missed, the technique was rough (including re-waxing the same sensitive area), and I left with significant irritation and bumps. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. By Wednesday morning one nail already had a spot where the polish had come off. I was out of town for the holiday and in the course of those few days six of my nails had the top coat literally peeling off, so I went there today to have them fix my nails, and the two men at the front desk said it would be taken care of, but when I was seated the manicurist said they only guarantee the gel nails for 3 days so I would have to pay to have them repaired with new nail polish! I have had gel manicures for a decade and have NEVER had this happen and for the salon to not be willing to fix the problem with a totally lame guarantee is poor customer service at best!!
