However, recently I was stuck in Mexico City and couldn't book through any of the sites I mentioned since I had a problem with my credit/debit cards (I opened them for travel). Oscar, who I always thought was just my dad's friend was able to book us a flight and literally saved us from being stuck there till our card problem got resolved. Super thankful for that. I noticed the prices vary and can be cheaper than online booking sites. I know travel agencies are not as popular with younger peeps but definitely worth looking into now that I realized online agencies get us by using point systems.

There were not even many hotel rooms left when I searched up online. Jin is very patient and tries to help us as best as she can. We finally picked Secrets Maroma Beach resort out of 10 different rersorts that she carefully recommended. When we arrived at the resort, it was way better than the pictures and so beautiful. But we ended up with disappointed view which was the most important to me. I called Jin at midnight in LA time and complained about that. She immediately called the hotel and gave us free upgrade to ocean view room. What we booked was partial ocean view room that is $150 cheaper than ocean view room per night. What a grateful service it is! All the staff there treated us as vips during our stay, we had the best vacation ever. I really appreciate Jin and highly recommend vactionclub4u to people who just look for air and hotel packages to Mexico and Hawaii. I have been using many other travel agencies in Korea town but they mostly pissed me off but this company is very honest and sincere. We will definitely use vacationclub4u again soon.

We were supposed to be met at the airport with transport down to our resort, but the company gave us the runaround, leaving us alone in the dark and rain after midnight on Christmas with no real explanation for why our driver wasn't there or ready. I texted Pamela at that late hour and, even on the holiday with bad cell reception, she jumped to our aid, calling the company and making sure we were ok. Long after we were safely at our resort, she continued to advocate for us and eventually got us a full refund. If you get a chance to book with Pamela, you can rest assured that she'll be with you the whole way if things don't go as planned.
