As a woman in my late 30s, 8 would prefer not to be referred to as "honey" and "young lady" particularly by a person that I am attempting to so business with, as well as not be told "I'm not crazy" when he finally realized there was something wrong with my vehicle. He went back and forth as to a diagnostic fee i was not informed until after my car was in their possession, a few he went back and forth on whether I would be charged. He was unable to figure out what was wrong with my car, but if i wanted to wait 3 to 4 weeks, he could maybe find the time to figure out what the issue was.In the end, I paid for nothing, with even the dealership I purchased the car from not understanding why I was charged the fee for zero service.
