    Wonderful place to do in-person business and online is easy to use. Would not go anywhere else as regards credit unions.

    They still practice Overdraft fees. They are not understanding. They're a bank , they don't care about the customer.

    My favorite branch. I always choose this one over the other fourth Plain location and 62nd ave. this staff is much more enjoyable.

    If you think this is a good bank to work with its probably only because you have never had any sort…read moreof 'tricky' situation to deal with. Sure, you might have a 'nice' teller and the money you deposit is still there the next time you check on it...the basics are easy. My branch on Mill Plain has ATM's that are down half the time I go there, and their fees are as high as allowed by law, I'll just mention that first. My main complaint with them is a ridiculous joke of an experience I've recently had when setting up a Guardianship/Conservatorship account for my mother. The corporate wheels at this company are insane-- there are forms to be submitted 'up the chain' that all result in delays that have no definite timeframe, from what the branch manager tells me, and the employees themselves can't even figure out how to exactly navigate it all. They have wasted many hours of my life in the last few months and even lawyers that I've dealt with have told me that Chase is the worst bank they have ever had to deal with as well. I now bank at Riverview Bank on Mill Plain and it has been great...it reminds me of the 'old' days, where you walk in and they know your name, and the Guardianship/Conservatorship account was set up in ONE day, with ONE appointment. Their online banking is also simple and clear. I have done almost 1000 reviews for Amazon over the last couple years for products that I receive as compensation for them, but this review here is on the house--It's just an attempt on my part to save even just one other person from having to deal with this corporate nightmare of a bank. I highly recommend checking into a credit union or that Riverview Bank that I mentioned, because it will be too late to switch once you find yourself in a situation that goes beyond the normal banking that you do and find yourself having to deal with a huge corporate entity that literally doesn't need your business and doesn't care one bit about your life and time.

    I had cashed checks with this location a handful of times and never had any issues as a non account…read moreholder. Now when I come to cash a check they say they are unable to because I'm not an account holder. I went to another location and they cashed my check with no issues. The Bank Tellers are friendly but I don't appreciate being lied to.

    I had a very shocking experience at the Chase branch at 14315 NE Fourth Plain Blvd in Vancouver, WA…read moreon 03/07/2026. I came in about 30 minutes before closing to send a domestic wire from my business checking account, something I've done many times before at Chase. The banker assisting me, who I later found out was the branch manager Kristina, immediately had a rude attitude from the beginning. She sent me a push notification which I accept, then snapped at me because I didn't let her know that I accepted the notification through the app already "saying I don't see it if you don't tell me.." (that makes no sense, I can lie to you about receiving it in that case).. When I reviewed the wire paperwork, I noticed a fee and pointed out that the wire was being sent from my personal account instead of my business account. Instead of simply correcting it, Kristina rolled her eyes, grunted, and argued with me. When I tried explaining that the wrong account was selected and that I gave her my business card not personal, she raised her voice and said: "Do you work in finance or do I?" When I asked why she was being rude, she responded: "I don't have it in me to explain it to you." I then asked to speak to the branch manager, and she mockingly raised her hand and said: "Here I am." The interaction ended with her throwing my ID and paperwork back toward me and telling me to leave the bank. I've been a Chase customer for 14 years and have never been treated like this anywhere, let alone by a branch manager. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I guess the bar for being a branch manager at Chase is set pretty low.. I invite Chase management to review the security footage..
