It doesn't matter how good you are if you don't show up. We called after waiting about 1/2hr after appt. He said he'd be here in an hour. We called and canceled after waiting another 1.5 hrs. He said his reason for being late was that he had something else he had to to do. All this would've been OK if he had contacted us. I used Yelp and the many good reviews thinking this would be a good experience. It was anything but. First, Jorge changed my appointment time 3 different dates/times. On the day of the service, he was multiple hours late. He quoted me $445 to replace my serpentine belt and power steering pump. Jorge only completed replacing the power steering pump, charged me the full $445 and left. Something told me he didn't do anything with the belt, so I reached out to him and he said it looked good so he left it. He didn't want to "waste more time at the auto parts store because he was already rushed." He rudely stated that "this job has turned into a nightmare" and "what did I want him to do so he can be done with this." I asked him to come back and replace the serpentine belt like I paid for. He came back two days later and replaced it, then left my old one on my window shield. Later on when I get to test my car, my belt still squeaks and the steering is back to being difficult. $445 for him to take my car apart and do nothing. And then he says "You self diagnosed it yourself, I know what the issue is and if you hadn't destroyed me on that review I would go and help you out. Karma is a real thing God bless you." read more

I needed my radiator and condenser replaced, along with some other engine issues. The mechanic I had working on it had to leave town for an emergency. I had Jorge come out and try to drill out a bolt and pull a pulley, and I thought he was very fair. I called him and asked him to finish the job. He came out and put my car back together to 90% and had to leave, promising to come back the next day, after he finished up a previous commitment. I paid him for the work he had completed, I should have held payment; lesson learned. I called and texted him the next day, and I got no answer. I called and texted the day after as well. No answer. I'm writing this review even though I've never written one because I have dealt with trying to find a mechanic and know how stressful it can be. I would 100% recommend Jorge and the other mechanic who came with him today and replaced my brake pads and rotors. Firstly, they did a great job on the work, did it quickly, and they came out the day after i messaged them. Whereas with other mechanics I was told I'd have to wait days or weeks and they wouldn't even give me a direct quote without checking my vehicle first, even though I already knew what I wanted repaired. I told these guys what I wanted and they came and did it, they didn't try to sell me anything else. They were upfront with the price from the get go and it was super reasonable compared to other mechanics I looked at and it gave me a lot of piece of mind to be able to know exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost. They were super kind and professional and laid back and didn't make me feel intimidated or like I didn't know what was best for my own car. But I'm sure if you are unsure about what your car needs, they'd be able to help you out with finding that out. In my case, I was really pleased and happy to have them come out and replace some parts on my breaks. It was easy and stress free and overall probably the most pleasant experience I've had with a mechanic, being a 24 year old girl it can be really frustrating dealing with mechanics who assume you don't know anything about cars. And even if you don't, I get the feeling they would be just as respectful anyways. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will come to them in the future if I need service on my car.
