This location is notorious slow and understaffed to the point that you will never be able to do simple banking at the counter. You could be waiting 20 + minutes to do a simple transaction and they will take those coming in the drive thru always before you. On the last two trips to this location they have limited staff and the manager can't seem to handle the overflow of people out the door. Absolutely no sense of urgency. read more

I don't understand why this place has such a bad review. I have been going to rapid cash for 10 years and they have always done me good and they don't scam you or try to get extra money. There will always be an interest and it's on the spot in cash and in person. This place has saved my ass so much. And I like how you only have limited times of pulling out each year so I don't start racking up money. They also always notify you when the payment is. They have payment plans. I genuinely like this place. never went to a different loan place and never will. It's better than racking a credit card up. I am reviewing this because it's a 2.5 and I don't understand. Initially these short term high cost loans scared me but life brought me to the place where I needed the help. My first loan was over a year ago and I've been coming back ever since. I have not yet had one bad experience and I attribute that largely in part to it's people which leads me to the purpose of my review. Everyone is super friendly but I have to say Rose is my favorite. She is always super professional, quick witted, and able to answer any questions I have for her and she does all this with a smile and a giggle. I borrowed money at this location a few times, with good results. When it came time for a larger loan, the company assured me that funds would be withdrawn from my account on the 3rd of the month. No money was taken out, nor was there any activity indicating any attempt by Rapid Cash to do so. On the 6th day of the month, a phone call indicating that the loan had been placed in Collections. I called in to my local Rapid Cash this morning to make my one and only final payment. I get a female employee who when I asked to clarify the higher amount totally went off on me. All I was trying to do was to understand if it was a flat fee or by the day charge. Granted, I should have remembered but was caught off guard and wanted to clarify. She absolutely WENT off on me and began telling me how I was being unprofessional. She would not shut up long enough for me to get a word in edge wise. I sure hope that they pull the call and find out just how rude and unprofessional she was. I have used Rapid Cash in the past and it's been great. I do not know where they got this piece of work from...but they need to get rid of her. There are so many more places out there to choose from and if I ever need to utilize a payday loan in the future...it will DEFINTELY NOT BE RAPID CASH! So how this place has such a low rating I do not know, have been going here pretty regularly for sometime, always very helpful employees, clean and tidy inside, and the service is always great, my average in and out time is very fast as I pay attn. to busy times and try to avoid at said busy times. Terrible service. I was told because I didn't have my debit card on me at the time I did a loan, that I can go in anytime and get my check that I wrote and just have them charge my debit card. A couple of days later, I went in with my debit card and the hood rat behind the counter told me different, she said that she couldn't give me my check back even tho I gave her my debit card to charge, She was such a smart mouth and didn't know how to answer any of my questions I had, all she did was smile when I asked a question, like a dumbass. For the type of work and area, I thought the customer service here was pretty decent. However the last time I went in, there was a mishap and the employees were ganging up on a customer. And very unprofessional about it too. And embarrassing and rude. They thought the guy had $10 more than what he was suppose to have. But they accused him of keeping it, and the only "proof" they had was that both tellers were missing a $10 in their drawers. When everyone was super busy. The lady was yelling at him looking ridiculous. Why didn't they go check the cameras or re count everybody's till money before accusing the guy? I'm sure they have a million cameras in that store. Even if the customer did end up with an extra $10, he didn't steal it. The employee had to miscount it and gave it to him. So she should've re worded what she said to him by saying I'm sorry I think I may have given you an extra ten can we check again. Instead whispering to her co worker and both attacking the guy in front of a huge line. The worker re counted twice to him before he walked away and before she "thought" he had her extra $10. Regardless, in retail, that's a lawsuit to accuse a customer like that. But the way everything was handled, very very sad. No respect for them. And you can see it in the employees eyes how they thought they were doing something good like everyone had her back. No. Not for the way you handled the situation. 0 stars.
