He recently called and yelled he had had enough and my vehicle had been towed out onto street and hung up. No idea wtf happened but had to scramble to find towing and storage long distance and get my car off the street asap. No electronic payments. Gate heavy and old. Doesn't answer phone or call back. Find anywhere else to store if you can.

The lady at the front was super helpful and kind and the location couldn't be better for what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place! Just make sure you don't pay more than 5-6 days late or you're locked out. Also always enter your entry number on the keypad so as not to set off any alarms. We can get our 25 foot trailer in no problem. The corners are a bit tight, though. I wouldn't recommend bringing a semi truck in and out of here. There are no dead ends, though, so that's great for big rigs.
