She set my purchase up for delivery to my home, at no extra cost. In store pick up is available as well. I already received FedEx confirmation that I should receive my package tomorrow. The only thing they could improve on is dressing room cleanliness. The floors always feel dirty to me. But this is true at Walmart or Kohl's too.

So my first visit today in search for a cover. And no, I couldn't find one, even though I came across other binder covers that could probably work...but they were too bulky :-( I was surprised how big this store was and that it carried a wide variety of merchandise though. Even though I didn't find the Day Planner Cover I was in search of, I did end up buying some office supply nick knacks that can come in handy someday.... I don't know if I will back, since this store is a little out of the way for me, but it was an interesting field trip!

I waited for quite some time in a line at the store. Finally, I was the next person to be helped and the store manager decided to take a phone call and not acknowledge me. She walked around the store looking for an item for the person on the phone without asking any of the other two associates to help or acknowledge me.This went on for sometime until it became so embarrassing to the people working in the store that one of them stopped and asked me if I've been helped. I said no and then received the help that I needed to do a return. I worked in women's clothing retail for sometime and I know that I would've received a verbal warning had a treated a customer this way.

I tried the outfit on, it fit perfectly, and by the time I got to the register the price had dropped tremendously! Today is definitely a GREAT day to shop at Ann Taylor with all the amazing sales going on. But what really made my experience special was Nilly. After I paid, she asked if I had more shopping to do in the mall. I said yes, and she said, "Leave this with me and I'll steam it for you." Now THAT is customer service!
