The staff here are incredibly friendly. I was greeted at the door and was offed assistance multiple times while I shopped but it never felt pushy. It is beautifully organized by size and color but because it is an outlet they don't have all the options in all sizes. They also seem to have more choices in the XS and XL because they most likely didn't sell well in the stores. I don't mind because most items are $10 - $30+ off depending on the item. They may have some things in seasonal prints, but most are timeless solid colors. They seem to have every category represented in the women's and men's sections. It's great for discounted winter jackets off-season. You can get free tailoring through the store and even if you want to change leggings into capris you can. I have even heard you can get the tiny holographic Lulu logo placed lower on the leg instead of just having it on the lower back.

Although FedEx lists this package as "delivered," I did not receive it, and there is no proof of delivery, no photo, and no confirmation that it was delivered to my address. FedEx's website displays two separate delivery entries for the same tracking number, each showing a different delivery date. Neither entry includes a delivery photo or any verifiable confirmation that the package was delivered to my residence. On Puma's tracking page, the same tracking number shows a delivery exception--an update that does not appear on FedEx's site. These conflicting and inconsistent tracking updates raise serious concerns about the accuracy of the shipment information and the handling of my order. Despite the "delivered" status, the package never arrived. I have thoroughly checked my property and contacted FedEx, but no resolution has been provided. Dead middle of winter I drove the short distance to the local Clark's store. There staff is solid, the selection is good and you can usually get a buy one pair the second is $20. I walked out with two pairs of leather Clark's boots for $80 which is amazing. They have a rotating selection and can order from other outlets if necessary.
