Upon arrival, the store is a medium sized name brand retailer, with a very very small selection, for the mens side as far as it seemed. They seemed to have more boots and a better selection for young men than for adult. The womans section seemed to be a decent size, with a bigger layout and alot of different styles of shoes and boots. The customer service was super friendly, and offered to ship me the pair of Nikes I wanted for free, but I went with my original color scheme choice instead. I couldnt wait another week. Im sure if they decided to expand the mens section with more active sport style shoes that I'd give them a better review. Ive never seen so many jogging shoes in my life.

I have buyers remorse and went to return a scarf I bought a coupe days prior that I didnt need. I…read moreremembered that the return policy was that it needed to be returned within 2 weeks for a refund, but when I went in today the young lady told me the return policy changed to NO REFUNDS, only exchanges or store credit and pointed to a small font sign on the counter. I have referred people to this place as I love to support small businesses, but people change their mind or don't have time to try things on In the store! Years of retail experience and this isn't good business practice. I dont want a credit (holding my receipt from 2 days prior with tags still attached) , I want my money back please! I won't be going back due to this policy change!!

Her manager Adam was involved in our transaction and was full of smiles and great suggestions. In the end (with their help) we found a coupon and some incredible discounts. We got our daughter a coat as well as other items for a fraction of what we were expecting to spend. Christina and Adam were great!

If this is their policy, they should be posting it prominently at the point of checkout - or at least verbally advising customers when they purchase. No wonder small businesses have such a struggle attracting customers. They are not willing to do the hard work necessary to run a business properly.
