We were greeted when we walked in and then left alone to browse. We tried on a couple of sweaters and leggings but ended up buying the sweater, a keychain and some underwear that was on sale. The selection was good for an outlet, there were a ton of great options and had I been in the mood to carry a bunch of bags around the mall I probably would've bought more. Check out was okay, took a little longer than normal due to the cash register timing out and having to move to another one- no biggy just a slight slow down. Employees were friendly and not pushy when it came to looking around, I would return.

We stopped at Pacific on our way home from Wisconsin Dells to get a souvenir t-shirts for my family…read moreof 5. On the big windows it states 9.99 or under.. well, not everything's 9.99 & under. Swim shorts, towels & sweat shirts are all 14.99. I told my family they each can get two items as a souvenir. We had a hay day reading all of the t-shirts. My kiddos each picked out a couple. Shirts that were not in our sizes they pressed for us. For free it states. However, the shirts that they press are Gilden Brand, you can get at the dollar tree for 1.25 or at Joann's Craft Store for 2.00 after in store coupon. So, we put everything we wanted on the counter 1 by 1 and would go look at more t-shirts. Some of the shirts we wanted were 2.99 or 3 for 10.00. He rang them up at 9.99 or 14.99 each. So, make sure you're watching, or look at your receipt before you leave. We totally got ripped off.

We would be fine without them, but it certainly helps to have them and also for the added safety. I went to Walmart, Kohl's, Walgreens, and a "One stop" shop without any success. Stepped in here and, not only did they have a lot of life jackets to choose from, they had many water toys and accessories also. Employees were very nice. Clean store. So much variety. Very thankful and I wouldn't let the older reviews influence a stop in to look around.

When we got home to Chicago, fiance went to try them on and noticed that they were both right feet. I called Adidas's customer service, they said to call the specific store, and the employee at this location handled everything so smoothly and professionally that it left a great impression on both my fiance and me. I mentioned that we live in Chicago, and she arranged it so that the left shoe was shipped out to us, saving us a lot of time and hassle. Arrived so quickly in a day or two! Inside, there was a shipping label to return the extra right shoe. The whole experience increased our opinion of adidas. We've always liked the brand, but the way this location handled a negative situation turned it into a memorably positive experience for us.

When I've stopped in it's always a madhouse - a lot of families outfitting their kids with new shoes for the school (I seem to end up here in summer more than any other time). Lines are long, sometimes snaking through the store. I'm not a huge shopper, so unless I'm getting a killer deal I don't find it worth the wait. There is a big variety, though - it reminds me a bit of DSW.
