This is more of a review of Marmot than of Fontana Sports. I bought my first Marmot down jacket…read morehere, and it lasted almost twenty years before the zipper broke. It kept me so warm and toasty in the brutal upper Midwest winters. I discovered the Marmot brand here in the 1990s. Back in the 1990s, Patagonia was not considered as "technical" and as bougie as Marmot and The North Face. Arcteryx either didn't exist or was an obscure brand almost thirty years ago. Now, Patagonia and Arcteryx are off-the-charts insanely priced. Marmot and The North Face are considered "value" brands. In any case, I still buy Marmot; it's better quality and far better value than Patagonia because: 1. Higher down fill power and 2. Higher down fill weight I recently bought a 700-fill down parka from Marmot with 220 grams of down for far less money than a 600-fill down parka with 150 grams of down from Patagonia. I was cold in the Patagonia parka, and it was horribly expensive. I had to return. I also bought coats from Eddie Bauer and from L.L. Bean. Nowhere nearly as warm as Marmot. The Marmot down parka that I recently bought is called the Montreaux Coat, and I've yet to find a warmer coat at such a great price point. It hits my knee, although it's supposed to hit my calf, so that's a bit misleading on their website. It's closer to parka length than coat length. I like that when the zipper broke after almost twenty years of owning my first Marmot down jacket, I called Marmot's Customer Service, they sent me a shipping label, and they said that they would gladly repair the zipper for me, for free. When they couldn't repair the zipper, they just sent me a new Marmot down jacket. So, I wore that complimentary replacement jacket for another ten years before finally buying the Montreaux coat this year almost thirty years after buying my first Marmot down jacket from Fontana Sports.

All the neat looking mounts on the wall the deer the bear turkey my little girl loved it. Take a step back in time you don't see places like this anymore. Beer and other camping needs are available with good Drywood and ice to keep that beer cold. We look forward to returning in the fall and buy more ammo there my wife even registered for a gun raffle. Kate and her crew went over and above to make sure our experience was easy and fun. We rented a boat for the weekend as we were camping at governor Dodge state park. They also rent kayaks. There were a lot of trout in the pond. There is no catch and release in either of the ponds. Probably we dont even need a fishing road. Just putting a small net is enough to catch the fish. I caught 3. The store lady was nice. She cleaned it well. I just had to take home put some spice and bake/fry it. Fish tasted real good. In fact I saw others stopping by and just catching 1 fish per head and leaving. I guess they are just trying to make a tasty dinner. It was a really fun experience.

We ate in the restaurant while it poured, and then went back out for another 90 minutes. We got out on sand bars to visit and play. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. A staff member provides a comprehensive review of the boat and it's features, and then you are free to cruise the blue-green waters of the Chain O' Lakes all day. The pontoon (20' Hydrotherapy) was clean and comfortable, the canopy kept us shaded when the sun was hot, you have swim stairs in case you want to stop at a sandbar and cool off, and there were no issues at all with the motor. Plus they give you a map showing the lakes in the chain, detailing which ones are no-wake so the day was relaxing and trouble-free from start to finish.

Our trailer hitch wiring was the wrong one, so their boat service people actually took 2 and spliced them together for us! They plugged it in, and everything worked immediately and we were on our way. We couldn't ask for better service. They were so helpful. It's been over a month and the boat is perfect. We feel like we were treated like royalty! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

But, again, it was clearance season and we tried to get one at the Bass Pro Shops in the Milwaukee area and no dice. We tried Green Bay--nope. So when we found that they had one here while we were on vacation in Door County, we were hoping we'd be able to reserve it in some way without making the drive. They allowed us to do so by putting down a refundable deposit. We did so and they got the boat prepped for our purchase and we were able to pick it up a few days later. Everyone we worked with was helpful and friendly. They walked us through the boat and made sure we felt completely comfortable with everything before taking the boat away. The store itself is brimming with outdoor goodness. Everything was neat and in order and help is readily offered. No complaints! Get to it!

Out of the entire mall the Under Armour Factory House probably had the best 'deals' in the entire…read moremall. The prices were great and there were a ton of sales going on. We were greeted when we walked in and then left alone to browse. We tried on a couple of sweaters and leggings but ended up buying the sweater, a keychain and some underwear that was on sale. The selection was good for an outlet, there were a ton of great options and had I been in the mood to carry a bunch of bags around the mall I probably would've bought more. Check out was okay, took a little longer than normal due to the cash register timing out and having to move to another one- no biggy just a slight slow down. Employees were friendly and not pushy when it came to looking around, I would return.
