I looked into reviews, and there are many stories of people who returned items didn't get items and never got their money back. It's so disappointing to see a business be so dishonest. Quality outdoorsy gear for a reasonable price. This is my go to brand for cold weather stuff. Fleece jackets, outer shells, ski gloves, hats, boots,, all that good stuff. They sell them here for a really good price, specially the fact that they have it on that factory mark down. Saving money is what I'm all about. Saving money on branded items, heck yea!! I like percentage off my price tags, specially when it comes to stuff that'll help me do outdoorsy stuff. Anyways, let's talk about the shop now. This is a factory outlet so no, you're not gonna get the whole glitz and glamour of the proper retail shop. But all the original branded items are here for your shopping pleasure. This time I bought myself one of them fancy long sleeves with the heat tech silvery lining jobbie. It was light, it's hella warm and it's very comfortable. It's great to wear under my snow jacket. Stopped by in late August to see if they had any down coats I could purchase for a winter trip to Iceland. Luckily I got one for the low low price of $65 (70% off the factory store price), plus 40% off ski trousers and a pair of winter boots for $29.95 in the sale. An outfit for less than half the price of a down coat!! Amazing. What made it even better was the excellent customer service I received. Savannah in the changing rooms was really helpful telling me what type of trousers I should be looking for, where to find them in the store, and what the sizing was like (they run small). She also let me try the shoes on with the trousers to make sure they would fit in the dry cover liners. She was happy and helpful and made it so much easier to find what I needed. German at the cash desk was really helpful too, telling me what the discounts came to as I am not great at math in my head...lol, signing me up for their loyalty card and even handing over $75 worth of gift cards for October as our purchase was quite large (hubby bought a coat and trousers too). We can now spend the $75 on gloves and hats for our Iceland vacation. The store was welcoming, clean, had a lot of stock available, all at great prices. Add on the excellent customer service and really what more could you ask for? 10/10. read more

There are well priced items here but their service is terrible! A guy named Will was super rude... I guess sometimes you just burn out. His buddy said both Will and himself are the managers. Imagine what employees they have if they lead by example. I'd say come here expecting to find your items on your own! At least, store stays organized even in the middle of chaos the weekend before Christmas. Long lines but well staffed with all registers open. The whole experience wasn't that bad but bad service always leaves a bad taste in your mouth. read more

When you are freezing your tushie off at Sundance these guys will get you geared up with high quality warm clothing for *cheap.* For less than $150 I got a great pair of waterproof winter boots, full set of performance long undies, wool socks, and a hat. I was warm toes to nose. Warm. In. Utah. This is top quality stuff, so to beat those prices you'd basically have to go to the factory yourself and rob them. Clean, well-staffed, whatever customer service concerns you may have the stuff is easy to find and when I was there (in Feb, festival time) there were heaps of workers to ask questions. Even without a car (I was just there for the festival) you can hop an Uber pretty cheaply and the entire outlet mall is great. Last time I was at Sundance I did have a car and the parking lot here is enormous. So gear up, warm up that tushie you can get back to enjoying good films, good company, and good times without hypothermia! read more

Horrible service. Their employees need some "kindness" training. I just got off the phone with a man about a question I had on my receipt and he was so rude! When I was there 3 days ago the girl that helped me was really nice but when I got to the counter she and 2 of the employees were just "chatting" off to the side. Horrible return policy - I brought in an obviously defective item - (however, didn't think to keep the receipt). The employee would not give store credit or swap out to identical item. If you buy something here, you need to keep the receipt - don't rely on the goodwill of the store - there is none. read more
