This is a great location if you are staying in the Canyons. We were staying in a house below the Frostwood Gondola. Breeze is located on the highway. Every time I have been in there it is never crowded and the service was stop on! I ordered on line to get a discount. I have been skiing for a long time, so I ordered Demo Skis. These are higher end skis for those that are experts. In the comments section online I asked for skis that turn well. When I showed up they had them waiting for me. The boots fit and the skis looked just like what I wanted. When I got on the slopes they were spot on! Tips- Order on line to get a discount If you have an Epic Pass you get a Discount If you rent skies for little kids, and they don't ski one of the day's they will credit you a day. read more

These guys made my trip! I was staying in Park City for a few days and needed to get my skis tuned up for the season. I also had a new pair of boots that I wasn't sure would work with my skis. These guys checked my boots with my skis and confirmed that the new boots worked with my bindings. Then they waxed and sharpened the edges of my skis to perfection! There are a lot of places to get your skis waxed in park City and usually it is a MEH job. I had four glorious days of skiing because the tune up was spectacular! I always say, "It's all about the equipment" and my skis were on point! Breeze was fast too!! I dropped them off in the afternoon and picked them up on the way to the resort the following morning. SO EASY!! AND they were all incredibly nice! I wasn't the only one in the shop expressing my gratitude that morning! These guys are the best! If they can do it, they will - and always at 110%! literally the worst skis I have ever rented - despite saying on the website that they were good for advanced skiers, the rude girl named Ariel gave us cheap salomon beaters and said we need to pay surcharges for the advanced skis. usually go to aloha or Christy's for rentals and won't make the mistake of renting at breeze ever again. read more

Superior Friendly Service; Great Demo Equipment. This is our fourth year renting from this store location and it never disappoints. The crew here is so accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. So willing to go the extra mile to please our group of 4. I pre-ordered my favorite demo skis online (highly recommend going online) and they were ready for pick-up. My Salomon boots were such a great fit-no pressure points! We were running late to drop off our equipment-called in advance to see if they'd let us in after hours-staff was gracious to let us in- no grumpy attitude and effortless return. Booked my 3-day ski rental online and got them super affordably! ~$80 for 3 days for skis, poles, and boots are a pretty great deal. If you book online in advance I believe you can get 25% off. The staff here were friendly, super helpful when helping me find the right boots, and checking out the equipment and dropping them off couldn't have been easier. Easy parking, easy to find right next to Hyatt Place and right off the 224, and central location to Park City and Canyons. Their equipment could use an update - the skis and boots were somewhat worn, but can't complain! If you spot any worn equipment, I'm sure they'd swap it out for you. The only reason I rated this two because of the poor experience we had with one of the employees. I was not renting skis however my friend Charlie, Lincoln, Eric Sommerlad and Jim Betylon did. Charlie spoke to Logan (employee at Breeze Canyons) and he seemed to be very friendly on the phone and told us to just come in and they would give us the online discount. Once we got there Logan's attitude change quite drastically. He was very short with my entire party and argumentative, especially with Charlie. I even suggested we go somewhere else to rent skis for three people and 6 days. Why give our money to someone that is aggravating us? My brother, who did not rent but was also there, mentioned that he suspected that Logan was the son of the owner and just had a sense of entitlement. After much discussion we think that Logan was pissed that Charlie had a "Make America Great Again" hat on? This was the only reason we could think of because Logan was very pleasant on the phone but much different in person. In all fairness the other gentleman that was there was very friendly and it seemed he was very uncomfortable. The store was clean and the equipment was good. I hope the owner addresses this with Logan so he does not end up hurting his business. read more

We walked in through the door of this location with no kind of reservation and just when they had closed their doors at 6pm. We were a group of 9 and needed some last minute help. Seth reopened all the registers and helped us out. He personalized the experience as much possible. We needed to exchange the skis several times after trying them on already. Him and his crew went and exchanged the skis for us with a smile on their face. They even hooked us up with a never been used snowboard. We appreciate everything they did for us and I highly recommend this spot. PLUS, it's cheap!! read more

We have rented from Breezes for years and always had a great experience. We just picked picked up our skis for this trip and their customer service has completely fallen flat. When we rented and paid for these skis weeks ago, I specified my desired ski boot size and ski length. This request was completely ignored. Why even ask on your rental form if you have no intention of paying attention to the response? The surly man who waited on me said it was like the Rolling Stone song, you can't always get what you want. Well, sir, you should get what you want you pay over $1k for your family to rent skis for the week. Never again. Breezes has totally forgotten they are in the service industry. Update- Breezes reached out to me after this post and has bent over backwards to make things right. They also addressed the issue with the rude employee. My first snow trip in Park City, UT started with a great gear rental experience with The Breeze ski Rental. I made a pair of ski rental for my wife and a snowboard for myself ahead of time. Two days before the trip, a person from the shop whom name is Madi called me to confirm and told me the process that the shop would deliver the gears and do the fitting for us at the hotel as I requested. The service is free of charge. Madi was at that hotel with the gears before I arrived. She waited for me to settle with the hotel check-in then greeted and helped to fill out the gear rental paperwork. Madi explained, courtesy and diligently did the fitting. She was supper nice and professional. I stopped by the shop 2 days later to visit the shop and there was Madi. She works there and help us to buy few accessories. She helped us to buy my wife a helmet, goggle and a couple facial masks. The shop is big, clean, has a lot of selections and brand to rent and for sale. Again Madi was supper helpful and nice. After the trip, instead of making phone call for the shop to pick up the gears, I drove back to the shop just want to return the gears and thank everyone works there. Up-sold to the 'demo' ski package (most expensive) but staff has not inspected or maintained equipment so they were in terrible condition (unwaxed, scratched, sluggish, poor edges). Also made mistakes on the receipt in the way the discounts were taken. Got refund, but doesn't change the fact I had to ski on crappy skis all day and my family had to wait for me on every single run (usually the first down). read more

We have rented here three times--never again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times thinking that maybe the employee was having a bad day or was just not trained in customer service. I've learned my lesson. The staff is HORRIBLE. They really don't care about their customers. Spend the extra couple of bucks ($3) and rent at the resort. The customer service at the Canyons rental shop was outstanding...not to mention--more convenient. Never going back to Breeze. read more
