I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

(I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. I've always loved Scheels but I am very disappointed with the current lake of service or lack of. I hope things improve! (I only spent $250)

Their pricing is pretty standard but they do offer regular sales. It's nice to have an alternative to REI and DICK'S that offers brands and a different selection. Made my friend a d I feel welcome. The gaiters were 2 for 1. I got confused thinking they are sold as a pair but sold individually. I didn't know what to expect but if you're looking for equipment you need for traversing the snowy backwoods this is the spot. They're only located in Midvale, UT ~ right next door to Korean BBQ Of Utah. They have the latest and greatest gear available, in so many fun and colorful styles (because that's essential, when you're outdoors lol). And, since so many of the products are out, you can actually touch and feel them! My favorites were these glow in the dark constellations sleeping bags and tents. The salesperson, Aimee, after understanding what kind of hiking we were planning to do proceeded to measure not just the length and width of the feet but also the arches sitting and standing revealing a small pronation in one foot. She then suggested an insert to Provide support and resulted in complete relief from the rubbing and pinching experienced when trying on various boots.Aimee then proceeded to recommend a boots explaining the different design details between the companies. It was an awesome experience by an exceptionally knowledgeable employee who was truly interested in getting you the right fitting shoe.

It has been a nightmare trying to get Shape Up to fix the treadmill. Have been dealing with their technician and customer service for a month, and my treadmill is still not fixed. Customer service is nonexistent. The gentleman who works at the Murray store is rude, short, and indifferent. The technician won't answer his phone, or return my messages and texts for days on end. We have been repeatedly lied to. Told over and over again the part we need is in the process of being shipped. It has been almost four weeks with no resolution to our problem. As of yesterday, we were told we had been lied to for three weeks. There is no replacement part available, and they were simply telling us they shipped it, to give them time to find one. Customer service did not apologize, and had no empathy. I was given the district manager's phone number, and told to call him myself, as customer service couldn't reach him. I should not have to do customer service's job for this company.

The Elliptical that replaced the original does not work, the resistance motor is broken. We too, have been told that the part is being shipped.
