I was immediately warmly greeted on entering and offered assistance. That was a nice change -- as I don't fit the palm beach profile or look. I browsed the sale jewelry -- lots of interesting pieces. But I wound up buying something that wasn't on sale... Oh well, that is usually cause I have good taste -- per my husband! Ha ha. But I was happy. My chosen piece was put in a pretty gauze bag and then in another Chico's shopping bag. Check out was fast and easy. And yes, I'd definitely return here when next in the area. I wanted to get a backup pair of sunglasses. I previously bought (at a very reasonable price) some great pairs of designer ones from this chain. Recently I broke one pair. They only had a few pairs of sunglasses displayed from which to choose and nothing appealed. My husband browsed in the men's section while I checked out other parts of the store. He always finds something on sale that he likes. But he had no luck here today. I'm glad we came to check them out. Now we know.

We were in the area of the Wellington Mall today, so I decided to stop by. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I've been to several other stores recently -- including Macy's and Nordstrom's Rack and a couple others -- and this Dillard's turned out to have the most selection of dressy dresses of any of the stores I've already visited. I was able to browse at my leisure. The dresses were grouped together which was a big advantage. And I actually found six different dresses to try on. Unfortunately, I didn't fall in love with any of them, so I didn't buy anything. However, I felt this trip here was more than worthwhile. I'm narrowing down what I like and what I don't in all the options available. Prices here were quite good, too. There was a variety of price ranges, but nothing was outrageous.
