They house rabbits (purchased from a local breeder) in wire-bottom cages, and cram multiple rabbits into these small areas. They do not provide proper nutrition or adequate amounts of water to the animals either. I have taken pictures for reference. I visit this store every Sunday to purchase hay and pellets for my own rabbits. On multiple occasions, I have tried to gently educate the employees about the correct diet for rabbits. Grass hay is essential to a rabbit's diet as it supports a healthy digestive system. The rabbits are suppose to have unlimited access to hay so they can graze all day long (similar to cows, goats, and horses). I tried explaining to employees at this store the importance of the grass hay. They sell the product in their store; yet have still not given the rabbits a single strand of hay to eat. They choose to feed pellets only, which will eventually make the rabbits ill. There is research to support this. Also, they do not lock the cage doors, which allows for anyone to grab and mishandle these fragile creatures. I have witnessed on numerous occasions small children reaching in and harmfully picking up these rabbits. Also, I have taken pictures of a rabbit whose fur was matted, and who had an injury behind its eye (probably a bite wound from one of the rabbits it is forced to share the small space with). I was very unhappy with the responses I received from the employees I spoke with. They did not seem to care about the husbandry or diet for these live animals at all. The wire-bottom cages cause a painful condition on the bottom of the rabbits' feet called "sore hocks". These animals do not have paw pads or hooves to protect their feet. They are forced to bear their body weight on these metal floors all day long. I hate to purchase supplies from this store as I feel I am supporting their animal neglect and abuse.

I especially like buying the straw bales... Yes more expensive by a bit for the amount. But it's the perfect sized bale for the trunk of a car ;)

I wanted the breaks checked , complete service , air filter bracket replaced , and all the hydraulics checked . I asked Alex to write it down and he told me no need I've got it . He also looked over the tractor and took a picture of the hood and said there was a scratch he wanted to document . nine days later after not hearing from Trigreen , I call them to check on the tractor . They did not know who I was or where my tractor was . The person I was speaking with said let me call you back in a couple of minutes. Four hours later I called back and a lady in the service department answered. I told her who I was and asked if they found my tractor ? She said yes but they haven't done anything to it yet . I asked when they planned on getting to it , she said first of the week . After not hearing anything for five more days I called again . The same women answered she told me my tractor was almost done and it was all under warranty so no charge . I said that don't sound right what was done to the tractor . She said the break adjustment, and the air filter bracket . I said what about all the other work I needed done ? Then I asked to speak to the service manager. She said he's on the other line he'll call you right back . Two hours later no call , so I called and asked for the store manger . He seemed to care when I told him about the crappy service . he promised to get the work done by the next morning , when I asked for a cost he said don't worry I'm going to give you a discount . I trusted him . My bad ! Next day I went to pick up my tractor 15 days after dropping it off . And got slapped with a $529.00 bill , I asked what about the discount and they lowered it $30.00 . They gouged me on labor, $179.00 for two air filters and an oil filter . They charged me $300.00 for things they said on the phone were covered under warranty. Beware these are not honest people . I will never buy another John Deere product . I would not recommend this business to anyone . Both the service manager, and store manager do not take customer service seriously.
