Arrived late due to circumstances beyond my control, couldn't reach the office by phone, and was turned away despite being present. Told the fee would be waived, then received a message about a charge. Poor communication--went elsewhere for care. I was not informed of any no-show or late cancellation policy at the time of scheduling, which makes the subsequent communication regarding a fee even more concerning. read more

I just paid $40 to have a doctor laugh at me and say I don't have ringworm and that he sees nothing. Stevie Wonder could see this no problem as it's all over my face. In only a couple days it's getting worse and nobody will prescribe me the oral anti fungal that I need. Best part is I am broke and cannot afford another copay. I can thank my wrestler son for this. Thanks for nothing Columbia skin clinic. read more
