I am so glad a friend introduced me to this place last year! I came today on a really hot day with my dog. We were in town to have lunch with a friend, go to the dog park and then hit Costco. Well, the dog park was closed, unfortunately. We walked around Riverside Park a bit in the shade but I was worried about my dog getting too hot. We headed to the brewery where we saw a friendly sign encouraging me to bring the dog inside to the hostess stand. A friendly hostess encouraged me to bring the dog inside because their patio was available but it was just so hot. They brought over a dog bowl for Freddy with lots of ice in it. He proceeded to enjoy crunching the ice and made a big slobbery mess on the floor. I offered to clean it up but the staff was unperturbed and friendly while they mopped the water/drool up. The ambience in here is really cool. Lots of fans, music playing, garage doors rolled up to let the breeze in. It was a bit noisy with the music and fans but I could still hear my friend talking. I had them customize a BLT croissant sandwich to make it vegetarian friendly and they were happy to. They offered to cook a dog hamburger patty for Freddy for $2.99 and I took them up on it - he loved it! My friend enjoyed his Cobb (or chef?) salad. We split a pretzel appetizer - it was really good! The JoJos that came with my sandwich were really good too. Unfortunately we had lots of driving to do so we had iced teas and I can't tell you about the beer or wine here. Next time! I came for a drink not food. There's not many indoor dog friendly breweries in Wenatchee. We arrived around 5pm. They have great daily happy hour drink specials. Wednesday was wine $5 and whiskey $7! Heavy handed wine pours too! I also had a beer which they have a selection from all over, and I mean outside of the PNW too. My beer was a hoppy IPA from Michigan! They customer service was sweet, paying attention to our dog's needs too. Drinks were cheap. There are no happy hour prices on food. All in all not bad! I like the selection of beer and cider on tap, however it seems to be IPA heavy. My favorite is the peanut butter stout, its the bomb! The food is average because it seems mass produced and not as flavorful as it could be. Maybe downsizing the menu and having a chef tweak the recipes would make this a 5 star pub. Just a suggestion. My OK rating is mostly because for some reason the servers are stressed out and it shows badly. My only guess is the owner is very demanding for cash flow. Thats just a guess. Anyway, it has a nice outdoor seating but can be hot in the sun as not shade fabrics to help. The indoor seating is great, too. Bathrooms are fairly clean. We were appreciative of bringing our dogs with us. Very dog friendly. We chose this brewery in particular because it advertised fresh homemade ingredients/food. That was not really the case though. Most of their food probably comes from Sysco. My partner had the burger and said it was tasty. The salad was not. Could have received the same salad at a McDonald's drive thru. Also very short staffed. One waitress for inside and outside on a Friday afternoon starting a holiday weekend. We stood around for a while when we came in while she fiddled with something behind the bar. Grabbed a menu and looked at it for a while. Talked about going somewhere else. Then she finally came up and said we could sit anywhere and walked away. It took a while to get through an unpleasant experience. Probably better options in Wenatchee. read more

Extra long wait due to just recently reopening. My Bacon Avocado turkey sandwich had no avacado. When I finally did get it, it was frozen. My boyfriend upgraded his burger to include bacon, which was also missing. As I posted in 2019, the food here has gone way downhill. Huge disappointment after waiting so long to come here. read more

So besides the clear fact that they are getting everything set-up in their hybrid brewery/ tap-room restaurant, their brews are pretty damn decent. I started with their house brew NW IPA which is quite tasty and mildly bitter, and I enjoyed that prior to my food choice of loaded nachos (their small portion is huge and only 8.99, that's a good deal). Next I had the house brew Witbier which was delightful to say the least and goes down with a hint of a kick to the taste buds. My only recommendation to the Columbia Valley Brewing Co, is that they teach their taproom employees at the bar to keep their personal life issues to themselves when they are talking near the bar. Overall great place, easy to access and prices are spot on. Hop on CVB!! read more

I came to eat here it's a friend. It was my second time here. I came because their Mac and cheese is good. I left after 45 mins of waiting for my appetizer and our meals. I saw at least two tables that got served before me even though we got there first. The waitress said she saw our food out and would go right over to get it but this didn't happen. She walked and gave two other tables their to go box and sat a sat a couple in their outside seating. When I looked over to see if my food was waiting under the heat lamp, there was NOTHING there, no food! 45 minutes waiting and not even our appetizer was out. I was shocked to visit here a few days ago to see none of the staff wearing face coverings while working despite a state mandate to do so. Infection rates are skyrocketing in this area and many restaurants are reporting COVID positive staff members. I felt this was just a so so brewery on my summer trip to Wenatchee. Compared to the other breweries in town this one was probably my least favorite. The service here seemed a bit slow and the flavor of the beer just fair. Steve and I got two beers here and thought that they were just okay. Steve got the Endless Summer Hefeweizen which I liked probably the most between the two that we ordered. I ordered the Le Brise which was a Saison/ Farmhouse Ale. It was enjoyable enough but not as memorable as I was hoping. The taproom location was not bad. It is close to the Columbia River and if you are strolling about on foot along the river then this place could be a refreshing stop. They have a patio area so on pleasant days you can sit outside and enjoy your meal. They also serve food here as well. We didn't order anything off the food menu so I can't comment on how the quality of it is in that regard. read more

Visited on New Year's Day with my family & while service was fine, we left feeling "meh". A few of us ordered Mac & cheese and it tasted like a box macaroni. A chicken wrap that was pretty dry and nothing special. Potato wedges were overly salted. It wasn't busy at all and we weren't checked on too often. Underwhelming is the best word to describe this experience. Add some more flavors and this could be a good place. read more

We were here in a windy day, indoor space was large and accommodated plenty of people. Great beer selection plus a full bar. Loved the service, very attentive and friendly. This lunch just took us 2 hours and of that we ate and drank for maybe one! But at no surprise I waited another 45min to get my kids size fish sticks! Sooner or later, you'll end up having a bad time at what is supposed to be a good restaurant. When that happens, you might be startled by how upset you become. It probably won't be the food that's to blame. You can always shrug off a tough steak or cold food, since the chef didn't mean to disappoint you...But everyone takes POOR service PERSONALLY! Our day was spoilt by the rubbish quality food and even worst service of this what seemed an appealing brewery. It's pretty ridiculous when you place your breakfast order in and it doesn't arrive until LUNCH time (47min wait time). I can understand, the kitchen gets backed up, but please do acknowledged the customers who are patiently waiting. By the time our food arrived, my appetite had passed. Personally if you're going to take your precious time prepping a meal, at least make it great. Sadly the service was deplorable, the food terrible and based off the ridiculous wait time on our food it's safe to say our order was missed, buried and possibly lost. It didnt help that waitress was nonchalant about the situation, not to mention the cook apologized to one table and one table only, which consisted of a couple who arrived after us. This place is so-so. I'm mainly knocking off the majority of stars due to this place having no air conditioning when it's 100+ degrees outside. My husband loves to sample brews from all over the country and he couldn't do that here because their system was broken so all he could sample were other breweries things. The food was great- I had a stuffed burger which was delicious. I really liked the chips that came with it. Pretty sure we both left a pond of sweat under our butts when we left. Un-masked person prepping your food while standing over a hot stove and sweating, wiping their brow from the droplets and then handing your plate to an un-masked person carrying your food and yelling towards the door "be right with you folks" and unintentionally sending droplets into the air and onto your food, and cooks and servers unintentionally touching various surfaces in a busy restaurant including tables of strangers where people are eating and coughing and sneezing and then serving you a beer they just poured... Extremely disappointing that a local business who wants business would open with such a horrible plan in this pandemic. I've worked in many restaurants and if I came in to work with a sickness, my boss would have scolded me and sent me home. Problem is, with COVID, you can be carrying it and spreading with while having no symptoms. Would you really be fine if someone with the flu was cooking your food on an 8hr shift. Not including all the problems with its re-opening and lack of safety precautions, the food here is average at best, and some things are below average. Questionable quality and freshness of items I've eaten here. Just not worth a trip to the ICU to have a less than mediocre burger. read more

Well, looks like my review will follow suit with the other 3 or less star clickers for the same negative fact that the service there is awful. They don't have enough servers, and the ones they have at times look overworked and less than happy to be there. The other suggestion would be investing in some umbrellas for the tables outside, or even placed in the area. It is a pleasant outdoor area to sit, however, the sun beaming on you is not pleasant at times. The funny thing is, we go back for more torture. Why would we do that? Well, the food. The food is damn good. The chicken strips, the flew the coop salad, the stuffed burgers, the fried potato chips with the house sauce, as and well as the breakfast menu. We now choose more wisely however, making sure that we have a lot of time to waste waiting on our food and accept the poor service will be a trade off for whichever menu item we might be craving. We have walked out once before ordering on a day we chose to eat there when we were super hungry and drove to Mile Post, as a burger was the craving. We got that burger faster I imagine, even factoring in the drive to Cashmere. We will be back. However, one would hope they would read these reviews and step up their game. read more
