My bf and I have been taking his clothes to Columbia Cleaners for the past year and a half now and never had any issues. I just started coming to this particular location because I was told it's where all the others bring the clothes to get washed, so why not go to the source? I absolutely love how quick their turnaround time is especially because my bf is a procrastinator. We dropped his clothes off for an event about 2 pm Thursday and we got it back by 4 pm the next day. I actually got a text that it was available the next morning which was even better. The staff is super nice and efficient and they save your info from your first visit to make all other visits pretty quick. My bf had 7 pieces and with dry cleaning only with light starch, it was about $63. His clothes were clean and very well taken care of. If anyone had a bad experience I hope it was a one time thing and decided to go back because I haven't had issues with any of our clothes. read more

I highly recommend Columbia Cleaners. They do a great job on all my clothes. I've been using them for as long as I can remember. I've always been pleased with their work. If a button pops off..... They fix it. Larry goes out of his way to ensure everything is done right and that your clothes are returned looking good as new. He has always treated me like I'm a special customer. He tries to learn all his customers by name so he can greet them. He's an amazing, loyal, and dedicated boss and owner. I had a special family heirloom that I just took to him to clean. He's the only person I know of that I would have trusted that heirloom with. He knew the sentimental value, and I knew it would be given back to me in perfect condition. They do same day service most days on items as long as they're received by lunch. They have a pickup window which is convenient for drive through before and after work. I recommend them for all my dry-cleaning and special item clothes. They do an amazing job. You can trust this business to do a great job. Missing four pair of jeans that were given to them only to be told they were never given. The owner was rude and didn't want to take responsibility for missing items. I was a faithful customer for 10 plus years. The owner even knows me by name but would not take responsibility for the actions of his employees. Do yourself a favor and don't take anything to them because you never know when they will lose your clothes then claim they didn't receive them. read more

Me and my wife dropped off some clothes and when we return we notice that there was so pants missing. When ask they said oh no that all you gave us and we told them no and that we are missing some clothing. When speaking to the manager he was rude and nasty and kick me out of the cleaners. This is unacceptable. Once we hand over OUR clothes to you and your staff it's your responsibility. So now we are out of clothing and will not return unprofessionally. read more

I came in this store location because it was closer to my house. They said my clothes will be done at 4:30 so when I return back home with my items I notice spots and stains still on my jeans and hoodie which I know for a fact the stain can be removed from my hoodie. So I decided to take it back up their and once I walked in they started to ignore me at least 2 times that's when they said them stains couldn't come out and also with an attitude. So I ask did they have a website and they answer no. Which I see you guys do I fell like this was very unprofessional by me being a first time customer. Someone could at least called and gave me a heads up that the stains didn't come out especially when I came to pick them up... I will never return back to this location. read more

Honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Some of the staff is decently friendly and that is the only plus side. I brought in my husband's military uniform and was super happy that they offer same day service. When he saw his uniform, he was anything but pleased. They did not press it, which I was told is included. Brought it back the next morning to be fixed, and only created more problems. I wish that if they were unsure of how to proceed with his uniform, they would have asked me because nothing was done to standard. I have only taken the uniform in so I am not sure how they are with other clothes. read more

The service I received here was friendly and hospitable. But, I had a few stains on my clothes I pointed out when I went in so they would address them and they were not addressed. I had a couple white items that did not look clean coming back. Overall, not the greatest attention to quality clean. read more

1st and last time using Columbia Cleaners. 1st of all - they hang sweaters like pants, over the hanger. Now they need ironed. 2nd - the black sweater had pilling by the 100's - had none when it went in. Very disappointed!!!!!! read more

The worst place to go to for drycleaning needs!! The lady at the counter is the most rudest just told me to take my wedding dress and get the hell out just coz i asked few questions concerning embroidery on my wedding outfit going bad after cleaning, she said you no like cleaning you take it out!! Thats just disrespectful!! They should learns some mannerisms before running those places!! Also i am happy she told me to get out in a way coz I saw so many negative google and yellow pages reviews about them not doing good job and also about being treated like an idiot by the same ild woman!! We used to be regular customers at Columbia Cleaners until an incident occurred that still has me shaking my head in disbelief. My 22-year-old daughter brought in a skirt that she had paid pretty good money for ($65) with her own summer job earnings, to be dry-cleaned in early June. When she picked it up, the lining was hanging out of the skirt by an inch, and the skirt was clearly about two sizes smaller than when she dropped it off. When she brought it back to the store, she was told that it would be fixed, and after a week or two, it was "ready." Clearly all the cleaners had done was re-hem the lining so it no longer hung out of the bottom, but the skirt was still two sizes too small. The person working at the desk (not at this particular location by the way) agreed with that assessment. My daughter was put through a series of managers to call, which she did regularly and repeatedly. I heard several of her conversations and she was polite and professional. However, she never received a phone call back. In what was a final and rude phone conversation six weeks after the incident, the owner, Larry, said that they would not consider her claim because "a lot of other clothes would have been ruined, not just yours." We will no longer use this company despite the fact that it is minutes from our house, because of the number of lies we were told, and its terrible customer service. I am a big fan of buying local, so I will be going out of my way to patronize another business, based on our frustrating, and totally avoidable, experience with Columbia Cleaners. read more
