I told her that I had only been once before to drop off and that where I dropped off - no one told me that I was not dropping off properly. I folded one of my $140 shirts today so I could take it to have 2 broken buttons fixed from the last visit and it felt like I was folding a piece of cardboard. Also, rather than a safety-pinned tag, they iron on a barcode to your clothes that is super difficult to remove. At $8 per pair of pants and similar for shirts, I'll never be back here again. One star for the nice crease they put in the pants - that's it.

I created an account online and dropped off 8 suits on Oct 1st, which was $13/suit day. I wasnt in a rush to get the suits back, but was pleasantly surprised when I received a text message a day or two later saying the suits were ready to be picked up. The suits look great, were expertly cleaned and the drop off and pick up processes were easy. This is my dry cleaner going forward. I highly recommend them.

Then yesterday 1/26/2022 I waited for 10 minutes holding my tux, and 3 suits while staring at a (using the bathroom be back shortly). So, I've called to see what was going on 4 days in a row and finally got a response. She said she works alone, is always there during business hours (which she obviously isn't), and keeps her door locked even while she's there. She even had the audacity to say none of this was her fault. Did I not knock loud enough, call enough times, come by the store 3 different days during business hours, or is it just poor business ownership. I loved this place used it for the last 13 years and now I'm terribly disappointed.

When I got it back I discovered that the care tag had been melted into the shirt. I returned it to the cleaners and asked if anything could be done to correct it. I was told it would be sent back so the manager/owner could look at it. I made very clear that if it could not be corrected I WANTED MY BLOUSE BACK. It has now been two years and no blouse. The owner/manager "Michael" refuses to answer my calls or explain what happened to my shirt. The employees at the Forest Drive location have been polite and tried to be helpful but just tell me they have sent a message to the downtown location. I have spoken to "Cynthia" who works downtown. She has been helpful and tells me she remembers the blouse but doesn't know what happened to it. I have never had this experience with any cleaners I have ever used.
