Just left and the WORST customer service i have had in a long long time. my second visit (first was to drop off) I pulled in under the drive through sign WITH ARROWS(!!!!) to pick up. The girl inside looked at me and went in another room, came out looked at me again, went around the corner turned around to the carosel and started spinning it. Not once did she acknowledge I was sitting out side. Waiting. I finally got out of the car and went in where she promptly told me I was in the drive through line improperly. I was supposed to come in the opposite way. There is a SIGN on the Starbucks side that says DRIVE THRU WITH ARROWS. I don't know why I thought I should enter that way. I told her that I had only been once before to drop off and that where I dropped off - no one told me that I was not dropping off properly. I've come here twice, and twice now I've had to take my clothes to an alterations shop. Broken buttons, torn stitching, and when asked for light starch on my shirts I didn't mean I want them so stiff they can stand on their own. I folded one of my $140 shirts today so I could take it to have 2 broken buttons fixed from the last visit and it felt like I was folding a piece of cardboard. Also, rather than a safety-pinned tag, they iron on a barcode to your clothes that is super difficult to remove. At $8 per pair of pants and similar for shirts, I'll never be back here again. One star for the nice crease they put in the pants - that's it. read more

I am so regretted to put my trust on Ed Robinson's. I paid $30 to dry-wash my $300 queen size silk filled duvet. When I took it back, I was shocked. My duvet shrunk to twin size and the silk filling was completely destroyed. The store manager admitted they should not use water to wash it, but I signed the release form. What could I say? Everyone at Ed Robinson was super friendly and helpful. I came in with a formal dress that had a couple of stains on the front (I'm super clumsy) and some weird spots on the side. They took the dress and said it would be ready the next day. I came back by the next day and all the stains had disappeared but the lady that helped me noticed that there was something on the back of the dress. They offered to send it through again at no charge. I was very grateful and took them up on their offer. I went back the next day and the spot on the back was better but not completely gone. It just looked a bit like a shadow on the dress so nothing earth shattering. I'm still going to wear it. Who will notice in a dimly lit ballroom? No one, that's who. ;-) On both my return trips the staff were helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond. They also recognized me and were already pulling my garment before I could even make it all the way through the door. I would definitely recommend them and will be taking my other items to them in the future. Bonus - they also do alterations! read more

CRDN is a division of Ed Robinson. They took all our clothes to clean after a fire and were recommended by our insurance company. CRDN total charges were over $9000. Specific instructions were provided to them regarding the care of business clothing including dress suits and jackets.They caused a significant amount of shrinkage to our clothing but deny it. Of course CRDN utilized their industries own testing to disprove our claim. The attached pictures may explain otherwise. CRDN does not stand behind their work. AVOID them! read more

My husband and I use the pick-up and delivery service and they are absolutely amazing! We work with Jason and his customer service skills are impeccable. He always goes above and beyond for us. Some examples: - Absent minded me left my credit card and drivers license in a jacket and he made sure that they safely reached us. - There was one week where we needed our clothes a day earlier and he made sure it was delivered to the location closest to us and informed us when it arrived so that we can get them early. We also love that he is punctual and does a great job of communicating with us on holiday delivery date changes or any general updates. In addition to the amazing customer service, our clothes look great! I cannot say enough great things about this place. I give it 5 stars!!! read more

Have been going here for years. The most expensive of the local cleaners, but customer service has always been good and service reliable. However, a bad recent customer service experience will send me to a competitor. Also took over a week to launder a few shirts (usually a one-day turnaround) with no explanation. After looking at positive reviews, I decided to take a chance and use Ed Robinson's Dry Cleaners and Laundry. Big Mistake. This establishment does not know how to dry clean coats. I took three of grandmother's coats that have NEVER been cleaned and now they are destroyed. I'm not sure if they had a new or "seasoned" employee clean them but one thing is for sure, they had no clue what they were doing. The coats are shaved down so bad they look like they were bought from thrift store. There are circular BURNS AND CUTS. One even has stains! Stains, burns, shaving down until it is unusable. Please save your money and your clothing and look somewhere else. DO NOT LET ED DO IT. read more

OK, so the below was written, and I had emailed the drycleaners. Within a day, Tad contacted me, I explained what happened, and he reviewed the camera feed that they have trained on every register. Sure enough, he identified the misplaced pants, and I had them back the next day. Soooo, while I must admit I wasn't thrilled about the panhandlers the first two visits, the third time there were none AND they stood up to their reputation to ensure good service. My review went from a one star to a four star. With consistent service over time, might go to a five star. Prices are reasonable, cleaning was good. ************* Being new to an area, one of the many services you look for (aside from doc, dentist, car mechanic, etc) is a dry cleaners. After having been fleeced once by Tripps outrageous prices, I thought I'd dry Ed Robinson on Forest Drive. Never again. Took my stuff in, gave it to Nola on Thursday for a mess of pants and shirts and one pair of pants to have the hem on one leg re-sewn. Came back on Saturday, all done except no hemmed pantleg. In fact, no record of the pants anywhere. They claimed I never left them. C'mon, they're Value City cheap pants, and you want to KEEP them? Really? Pricing was reasonable, but I wouldn't trust them again with anything. Add to that the fact that both times I visited to drop off AND to pick up, I was approached by panhandlers in the parking lot, and there is NO WAY I would go back or recommend this place. I have tried several others over the years, but had to come back, this one is the best. Nicest people, won't lose your clothes, and their dry cleaning of men's colored shirts makes them look great. They also do home delivery and pickup. Conscientious and long serving, they treat you right, take phone calls, and special requests. Not much labor turnover, so they know you when you come -- and know what you like. They can also charge your clothes and that speeds things along and makes it my top, top choice. read more

BEWARE. I took six items to be dry-cleaned or laundered. They did not give me an itemized receipt with a price. I asked how much it would cost and the young lady could not tell me the exact amount. She said she could give me a ballpark estimate. One two-piece item I told her I thought could be laundered, and she said she would have to ask the woman who did the dry cleaning. When I retrieved the items, they had cleaned the outfit and charged me $34.00. I would never have paid that amount for cleaning it. The outfit was not even worth that amount of money. The other items were way more expensive than she told me. In all, I was charged approximately $70 to clean six items. These clothes belonged to someone else who was giving them to a charity and I was taking them for her and they needed to be clean. I felt I was robbed by these people. After I posted a comment on the Facebook page, they wanted me to call the manager, which I did. The manager gave me a credit for $50, but it will never be used. I will never take an item to Ed Robinson again. The dry cleaner I regularly use gives you a receipt with each piece of clothing itemized with the cost of drycleaning each item when you leave them for dry-cleaning. If you use this company, ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR CLOTHES. read more

I've never experienced such quick service before. I was particularly happy when I got to get my clothes back the same day I had taken them to be dry cleaned.
