I did see some results, but not as asserted and not nearly enough to meet the expectations for 3 procedures and the cost. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr Sbrocchi and his nurses. Dr Sbrocchi spent a great deal of time listening and asking questions in order to make sure I received the results I wanted. The results were better than I could have dreamt. I am so pleased with the results. Both before and after surgery, any time I had a question, I emailed his nurses and always received a reply within 5 - 10 minutes. Facial lasers are a waste of money. They just try to soak you for more $$$ treatments and they don't work. Find another place!!

I've used CAPS for Cool Sculpting and now a breast lift and augmentation. The NP, Stephanie, that did my Cool Sculpting is wonderful. She took her time to make sure the device placement was perfect and was just really down do earth and pleasant to be with. I am only 24 hours post op for my breast surgery with Dr. Heck but I feel great! He was very clear and concise during my consultation back in April and even more so when prepping for surgery. His "focus face" when measuring and marking me was great, quite the artist! I just got out of my check up and even with the swelling and stitches I'm already pleased with the results. I went to CAPS for frown lines. I had Botox elsewhere with zero effect (seriously, nothing; I still had total movement). Dysport worked better, but barely. Based on that experience, I asked Dr. Angelos about fillers, but he suggested a different injectable. He explained why, was not pushy, laid out a suggested treatment plan and timeline, and described alternatives we could explore if I didn't like the results. I also asked about filler for my smile lines, but he said I didn't need it - I quote, "I'll do it if you really want me to, but I don't think you should worry about it." He clearly was not out to get my money but to achieve the results I wanted, and that's what sold me. I am SO tired of surgeons and aestheticians being disingenuous! The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I had my first injection three days ago. So far, so good (I have barely any movement, HUGE improvement over my last experience), but obviously long-term results are pending. I'll definitely update my review later. read more

I continue to be disappointed every morning! I over-plucked as a teen, and had wanted microblading for a long time. After researching, I chose to go here with Marsella. My eyebrows were done in May, with my fill in during June. I was SO hopeful that my outcome would be as stunning as others I have seen. The truth is, I'm disappointed every morning when I go to do my makeup, because these "$700" eyebrows still require the same amount of time/makeup/and steady hands....as before I was out all of that money. I expressed my concerns to Marsella after round 1, and she firmly sssured me that I would love them after round 2. I drove over 2hrs to come to this place, experience the pain and embarrassing healing process twice, and feel like I wasted a large chunk of money for nothing. This is a long overdue review, but if I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would. I got a rhinoplasty by John Wakelin, a while back. I was 17 at the time, and I had a huge bump on the bridge of my nose. My nose also pointed downwards when I smiled ( I guess that's called a hooked nose) and was looking to get it fixed before I headed to college. The results were absolutely horrendous. First of all, he shaved down the bridge of my nose way too much, to the point where I couldnt even rlly wear sunglasses. The bridge was shave down but didn't push my nose together, leaving two giant holes and when I would take deep breaths in and out with my nose, you could see the skin push in and out of my bridge. He left my nose hooking down, so no bridge and still pointing downwards. I swear I looked like the wicked witch from the wizard of oz... I was mortified. I went to him to confront him of how horrific of a job he did, and his response was "if I could wave my magic wand and fix it, I would". WHAT THE HELL? How unprofessional and rude. I mean really, if he made a mistake a refund or an apology would've been acceptable. Also, if you're unable to do a job and do it correctly, don't do it. Are you really that money hungry and don't care about your patients at all? I got my nose redone. It looks great, but really could've been a lot better if I had gone to my second surgeon to begin with. Dr Rizk In NYC is the man!!! So professional and kind... could go on for days. Idk why I even went to this place for my rhinoplasty. My first sign should've been the fact that Dr Wakelin's nurse has the most botched lips in the world. Dr Treece did my breast reduction in October of 2003. I will be 50 this year, and my breasts still look fantastic. I got my reduction done after having my son and being done breast-feeding. I went from about a 42j to a 40c, I asked for a B but he told me it would not look right on my body and he was 100% correct. Even as soon as two years after the surgery, you could not see my scars unless you were literally within a foot of me. I was told a lot of people lose sensation after the surgery and I don't know how this is possible but I actually have more sensation than I did before. He did amazing and I would 100,000% recommend him. read more

Two convenient locations- UA and Easton. I visited the UA location for coolsculpting sessions on my chin area and am very pleased with the results. I came to Dr. Wakelin today for Botox. Huge mistake. Ive been getting Botox injections for years and years and have NEVER had an experience as awful as this one. My head hurts a lot and looks AWFUL. See photos. Will definitely not return. I would honestly just rather have the wrinkles! Cannot wait until Juvly opens back up. This is unacceptable. I had to cancel a surgery with him last minute last year because I unexpectedly got pregnant (later having a miscarriage).... he brought this up like 3 times in the 10 minutes we spent together for this botched botox appointment. (Thanks for the awful reminder, by the way.) I honestly now wonder if he was mad and did this crappy job to me purposely. I cannot come up with any other explanation of how such an "experienced " plastic surgeon could do SUCH a bad job on something as simple as botox injections. These pictures do not do it justice. In person it looks even worse! I literally look like I got beat up. Also, I literally cried during this procedure from the pain (of him hitting and blowing multiple veins!) *****Pay no attention to the "reply from business" asking me to call. What a crock of s%$#. I not only called (several times with no call backs), I actually ended up going up there and having a meeting with several managers who took pictures, acted sympathetic, etc.... only to NEVER get the call that they promised... I finally called AGAIN only to be told that no refund or compensation of any kind would be given! This place is awful. I was so pampered! This is a doctor's office, which sometimes mean discomfort. But I felt completely at ease. Coffee and muffins are available while you wait. Eye contact and smiles are abundant too. I sometimes feel weird getting beauty treatments, even when I got acrylics! The staff at CAPS treats each client like they are supposed to be there, and is patient with questions and hesitations. CAPS has a number of Medical Spa Services as well as Cosmetic Surgery Procedures, with financing available. If I ever choose the surgery option, this is definitely where I would go. read more

Next, I decided to take the leap and talk with Dr. Vasko about fixing some things about my tummy that I didn't love. After having 3 babies my tummy was ready for a reset. Dr. Vasko was so nurturing, sweet and obviously one of the very best. I didn't have a single doubt that she would exceed expectations. I only wanted the best and she is definitely the best! I got lip filler done by Dr wakelin last year. As soon as I said I was interested in lip filler he just pulled out the syringe and started injecting. Didn't ask if I had any questions, didn't offer me any numbing. And did it so aggressively that I had SEVERE bruising. So bad that I had to come back in and make sure everything was okay. My whole upper lip was purple and underneath my lip was purple. All they did was give me a cream to put on it. And where the bruising was the worst, the filler migrated. I still have a bump on my upper lip from it. I didn't go back because I hoped it would dissolve eventually but of course it hasn't. I actually never said anything before because I was so embarrassed and didn't want to deal with it or ever go back because they obviously don't care. But I did recently email them about my experience with no response. SO much money for such an awful experience. Do not get your lips done here. Or at least go to a different provider. read more

I have laser hair removal on a regular basis with Michelle and I absolutely love her. Although you do feel some zaps on occasion with the numbing crème it is not painful. (Other offices do not provide this) Michelle is super-fast and knows what she is doing. I'd have to say Laser hair removal with her has been the best thing I have bought myself in a long time, totally worth the money. For me laser hair removal cost about the same price as a Brazilian wax and you have to forever do that!! I see BC for my skin. I enjoy BC she is not pushy and will tell you if you don't need something. She will also help you stay in budget when buying skin care; by telling you which are have to have products and which you can skip! The HydraFacial is my favorite thing because you have dermaplane followed with the HydraFacial! Makes your skin just glow. I subscribe to the boxed by CAPS again totally worth the money. Also love the fact that each quarter a different brand is on sale!! I also recently had Botox for the first time in this office and I have to say so far so good. I spent a long time saving $3000 for a chin lipo from Dr. Vasko at the UA location. I am several months post op now. I did not really see results in the first month after the procedure, and I just assumed it was from swelling and Dr. Vasko said that it could take up to a year to get the "full results". I still am not seeing any results. My chin looks the same as before the procedure, except now I have a tiny scar from where the incision was made. I am not impressed with my results at all. In hindsight, I should have either given my business to a different surgeon, or just not gotten the procedure at all (which wouldn't make any difference in my chin since the surgery didn't do anything anyways! I'd just still have my $3000 still!). But unfortunately I made the mistake of giving my service and it was a huge waste of money for me. I feel extremely ripped off. I will say that the staff at the front desk has always been nothing but friendly and helpful, as well as some of the medical assistants that I've come across there. Everyone made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the poor results of my procedure.
