I had…read moreoriginally scheduled an appointment on 6/18 and they called about a month prior and told me I needed to reschedule because the doctor was not going to be in. Ok, they told me their earliest opening was 8/6. In the days leading up to my appointment I got several phone calls and emails telling me to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment (3PM instead of my 3:15 pm appt time). I got there at 2:50 pm and checked in. Sat in the waiting room until 3:15 pm, when one of the staff took me to a preliminary room and did a quick check of what I could read with each eye. This lasted 3 minutes at most. Then she proceeds to take me to another small waiting room. I sat there until 3:50pm! I got up, went to the front desk and told them I was done waiting. My appointment was 3:15 not 4:00. What I vehemently dislike (and think is totally unfair and unprofessional) is that the customers' time is NOT VALUED or "considered" at all, whereas you are expected to strictly adhere to their time schedule.

She is the best at choosing the right frame. I would try numerous frames to the point that my nose would be sore. I finally said "help!" She looked at me & the prescription, asked if I liked metal or plastic, then she chose the perfect frames for me. She took the measurements too to make sure that they fit correctly. I wholeheartedly give Dr. Szeles the highest possible rating for both. He has a calming presence and a subtly nurturing stye that made my wife and me feel very comfortable. He is a good listener and is excellent at explaining the procedures, his findings, and the meaning and implications of his assessments. He is efficient while also being thorough. After multiple pre-exam prompts (2 auto calls, 2 texts and a letter with a form to have filled out) that all insisted that I arrive 15 minutes early, I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment to be told they were running late. It was suggested I leave and "go get a coffee." Unprofessional. I chose Weber because it is women owned and carried my frames. I left without purchasing frames nor new lenses. I called afterward to express my experience with the office manager and she never returned my call. Don't trust what they tell you or get it in writing.

Thank God Morrison Associates purchased new equipment to scan the pupils, so there will be no more pupil dilation. I didn't escape the good ole eye puff test. Nevertheless, I appreciate this screening test because it detects glaucoma, which runs in my family. I didn't need a new eye prescription, but I think I will return to see the opticians and get a new pair of progressive eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses.
