It was a quick turnaround, ready for pickup the same day. We prepaid for the part and expected to pay for labor at pickup. Instead we were surprised to be handed a check for $200. Turns out that we had paid for the wrong part and what we needed was actually cheaper. They had every opportunity to pocket the difference but instead they did the right thing and earned a returning customer. This level of integrity is rare. Highly recommend.

And another thing too, the Enterprise nearby picks you up and drops you off at Relux if you are renting with them, so you don't have to worry about Uber/Lyft. Jacob updated me throughout the process, and I never had to call to get an update, which was refreshing. The repair turned out great- the bumper looks like brand new. They even took care of small scratches that weren't part of the accident because they were polishing anyway, and did me a favor. All in all, very impressed. The accident was stressful, but Relux definitely made it a little less stressful. The only issue I have is the car rental company they work with, but honestly, that's not really something Relux can control.

All he had to do was put on a simple diffusers and we agreed he had to do some custom work to the diffuser to fit. After he couldn't get the diffuser on he damages my car. Then he wants me to pay out of pocket to fix my new car. He said it was $600 paint job on his part and he wanted me to pay $450 I got it quoted at another body shop and it's actually $1200 paint job. Therefore he was just going to throw cheap paint on it. He's know for making excuses so whatever he says is jibberish. Never again . It needed a new hatchback (the old one was completely trashed), and the only way to prevent the car from being totalled (I didn't want that) was to find a used replacement. Jason took care of everything. The car seems like new now, absolutely beautiful. You wouldn't know anything had happened. They even drove me back home after I brought it in. They dealt with the insurance company and made everything super simple for me. This is my second review and the second time I've come out of the experience thinking they are absolutely amazing. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The only sad bit for all of us, the doorbell camera did not trigger as the log flew off the cliff. We are deprived of an epic video. :(
